You'll work a shift roster, which means early starts and late finishes are part of the package. On early shifts, you might report for duty as early as 5am; on afternoon shifts, you may not return home until midnight. If you're not a morning person, this might not be the role for you. What We're Looking For?
We're seeking individuals who bring positivity, adaptability, and a genuine love for customer service. To join our Porto base, you'll need:
- The unrestricted right to live and work in the EU, and the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair network.
- To be approximately between 157 cm (5'2") and 188 cm (6'2") in height.
- To be able to swim 25 metres unaided while supporting another person.
- A hardworking, flexible nature with an outgoing and friendly personality.
- Comfort working a shift roster that includes early mornings and late evenings.
- A genuine enjoyment of working with the public and a 'can-do' attitude toward problem-solving.
- Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written—you'll need to pass an English Language Assessment.
- A passion for travel and meeting new people from all walks of life.
