Who We Are Looking For?
We believe great cabin crew are made of more than just credentials—they carry a certain warmth, presence, and genuine desire to care for others. That said, there are a few essential qualifications you'll need to meet:
- A Junior College (TANDAI) or University degree—students who will graduate by August 2026 are also welcome to apply
- Fluency in English, with strong communication skills to serve our diverse, international passengers
- A minimum height of 1.58m, necessary to confidently perform safety and emergency procedures onboard
- A naturally pleasant personality and a service-oriented mindset
- Willingness to relocate to Singapore and embrace life in a vibrant, multicultural city
- Commitment to serving a compulsory service bond—a testament to the investment we place in your training and development
- Successful candidates must also be available to commence employment within six months of their application date.
