What You’ll Be Doing
Your first priority will always be the safety of our passengers, but that’s just the beginning. You’ll bring Scoot’s signature warm, fun, and slightly cheeky service style to life on every flight. From greeting passengers with a smile to handling unexpected situations calmly and professionally, you’ll play a key role in delivering the kind of experience our guests remember long after they land.
Training That Gets You Ready to Fly
Before you take to the skies, you’ll go through a comprehensive two-month training programme in Singapore covering:
- Safety and emergency procedures
- Door operations
- Firefighting drills
- First aid
- Grooming and professional image
- “Scootitude” – our unique brand of hospitality
- Passenger care and service
- Inflight sales techniques

What We’re Looking For
- 18 years of age or older
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Fluent in both Thai and English
- Minimum height: 1.65m for males, 1.58m for females (for safety and operational reasons)
- Professional appearance—no visible tattoos when in uniform
- Ability to work a roster that includes weekends and public holidays
- Willingness to relocate to Singapore and serve a compulsory service bond
- A positive attitude, team spirit, and commitment to delivering great service

When you join, you’ll start on a 2-year contract with the opportunity to extend based on your performance. Expect a competitive monthly gross salary of around S$3,600*, plus unlimited staff travel perks for you and your loved ones—so your weekend getaway plans just got a lot more exciting.
As an international crew member, we’ll also help make your trips home more affordable and comfortable with additional travel perks. On top of that, you’ll receive a S$2,000 completion bonus* at the end of each contract, plus an annual variable bonus to reward your contribution.
