Description
As a Cabin Crew Member, your primary responsibility is to ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers on Scoot's aircrafts, while also providing high-quality customer service. You must maintain current knowledge in all areas of duty and work effectively as a team.
Training
Upon joining the company, all new employees will undergo a two-month training program to prepare them for their role at Scoot. The curriculum encompasses the following core competencies:
- Safety Emergency Drills
- Door Operation
- Fire Fighting
- First Aid
- Grooming
- Scootitude
- Passenger Handling
- Inflight Sales Procedures
Requirements
To be eligible for this role, applicants must be at least 18 years old and possess a Bachelor's Degree or higher. Fluency in both Thai and English is required, along with meeting the minimum height requirement for safety and security purposes (Male: 1.65m and above; Female: 1.58m and above). A professional appearance must be maintained at all times, and candidates with visible tattoos will not be considered. Applicants must be willing to relocate to Singapore and be available to work on a rostered schedule, including weekends and public holidays. A commitment to completing a compulsory service bond is also necessary. Only shortlisted candidates will be invited to the Scoot Assessment Centre, and successful applicants must be able to commence employment within three months of the assessment date.
