You will be far more than a crew member; you will be the primary curator of the onboard environment. Working closely with the flight deck, your core mission is to ensure the absolute safety, comfort, and satisfaction of every passenger. From the meticulous preparation of the cabin to the delivery of discreet, silver-service hospitality, you will uphold the unparalleled standards that define the Luxaviation UK brand.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Acting as the pilots' key partner in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of every flight.
- Maintaining the highest safety standards throughout the passenger cabin, galley, and all service areas at all times.
- Executing all pre-flight, inflight, and post-flight duties with precision and attention to detail.
- Ensuring the aircraft cabin, galley, and bathrooms are presented to an immaculate standard.
- Planning, preparing, and delivering bespoke silver-service catering, tailored to specific passenger preferences and company policies.
- Completing all operational documentation accurately and in line with established procedures.
- Providing intuitive, anticipatory, and exceptional customer service to both owners and charter guests.
- Skillfully operating and troubleshooting all onboard entertainment and cabin systems.
- Gracefully handling any additional requests from the Captain or passengers with professionalism and poise.
