SWISS is looking for Cabin Crew Members to join its team in Zürich. As the face of the airline’s hospitality, you will take on a vital role in delivering exceptional service and representing the SWISS spirit across the globe.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Cabin Crew, you will thoroughly review flight details before each flight to ensure full preparation for your assignment. You will prepare the aircraft cabin to warmly welcome every new guest and ensure compliance with safety regulations based on international standards. You will confidently carry out service routines while maintaining SWISS quality standards, including the sale of exclusive duty-free products. In the galley, you will skillfully arrange and prepare meals and drinks for guests. On European flights, you will promote the “SWISS Saveurs” onboard menu to guests in Economy Class, making the catering experience a highlight of their journey.
Requirements
The successful candidate must be at least 18 years old at the start of training, with no upper age limit. Must possess a Swiss or EU passport and have completed a three-year vocational training program or higher education, such as Matura. Proficiency in German and English is required, while additional languages are considered an advantage. Candidates should have a responsible personality, be willing to work irregular hours, and meet a minimum height of 155 cm. Good health and resilience are essential, along with a well-groomed appearance. Tattoos on the face, ears, or large tattoos on hands are not permitted. Swimming skills are necessary, and candidates must be willing to receive vaccinations approved in Switzerland, including COVID-19 and Yellow Fever. Those required by duty must have completed basic military training. Additionally, candidates must be able to reach Zurich Airport within 75 minutes during on-call duty
