As part of our inflight team, you'll play a central role in maintaining safety standards and creating a welcoming atmosphere for passengers of all backgrounds. Your day-to-day responsibilities will span safety procedures, comfort checks, service delivery, and offering support whenever passengers need reassurance or special assistance. Every flight is different, and your ability to stay calm, attentive, and positive will shape the experience our guests take away from their journey.
What We’re Looking For?
We welcome both newcomers and experienced cabin crew who bring maturity, adaptability, and a natural sense of service. To join our team, you should meet the following criteria:
- Minimum age of 18
- Secondary education completed (diploma required)
- Confident English communication skills, written and spoken (B2 certificate required before training)
- Previous cabin crew experience is appreciated but not mandatory
- A warm, professional attitude with a genuine desire to create a pleasant onboard environment
- Ability to swim 50 meters without assistance
- Possession of an EEA passport that allows unrestricted worldwide travel
