Your Role: Curator of the Premium Inflight Experience
As our Flight Attendant, you'll be the face of DC Aviation on every journey. Working on international flights, you'll manage every detail of the cabin experience with grace and precision—from pre-flight preparation to the final farewell. Your mission is simple yet sophisticated: ensure our guests feel completely at ease, attended to, and valued throughout their time onboard. What You'll Be Doing?
- Conducting international flights within premium business aviation, handling all associated cabin responsibilities with professionalism and care
- Upholding and enforcing rigorous safety standards onboard our modern fleet of business jets
- Providing personalized, attentive service to our exclusive guests—always with discretion and warmth
- Acting as an ambassador for the DC Aviation brand, ensuring every journey reflects our commitment to excellence and individually tailored experiences
What We're Looking For?
We're seeking a well-rounded professional who brings both experience and the right mindset to this demanding yet rewarding role. Ideally, you'll come from a background in aviation, hospitality, or fine dining—sectors where attention to detail and service excellence are second nature.
To thrive in this position, you should have:
- Full professional proficiency in both German and English (written and spoken); additional languages are a welcome bonus
- A natural ability to work collaboratively within a team, while also handling challenges independently when the situation calls for it
- Strong resilience, flexibility, and a highly committed, service-oriented attitude
- Residency in the Stuttgart area, or a firm plan to relocate there
- Previous training or professional experience in catering, the hotel industry, or aviation—this is highly desirable
