Description
This event will be an exclusive recruitment drive for Cabin Crew positions only in Baguio City.
Attire must be strictly professional business attire for the assessment day:
- Male applicants: Should wear pants or trousers and a short-sleeved polo shirt.
- Female applicants: Should wear a knee-length skirt paired with a short-sleeved top or blouse. Hair should be tied up in a bun, and appropriate makeup is required.
- Blazers, coats, or jackets are optional for both male and female applicants.
Note: Please bring an updated copy of your resume with a recent photograph attached.
Requirements
The successful candidate must have completed at least Senior High School (Grade 12) and are proficient in both Filipino and English. While previous experience as a Cabin Crew, particularly A320/321/330 qualified, is preferred, those without experience are also welcome to apply. Applicants must be Filipino nationals based in the Philippines and willing to be based outside Manila if necessary. The minimum height requirement is 5'3" for females and 5'7" for males, with a reach test of 210 cm. Candidates must be physically fit to undergo training and perform cabin crew duties, possess a customer-centric mindset, and demonstrate confidence and creativity in problem-solving.
