Requirements
The successful candidate must be at least 18 years old, possess a minimum GCE 'N' Level or 'O' Level with a credit in English, and have a pleasant personality with a passion for customer service. A minimum height of 158cm is required for safety reasons. Candidates must demonstrate effective communication skills and, for male applicants who are Singaporean or Singapore PR, must have completed National Service (NS). The role requires availability to work on a rostered schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
