Within just two months, you’ll complete international training, earn your Cabin Crew certificate, and step into a role that offers both stability and adventure. What You’ll Do as Junior Cabin Crew?
Your main priority will always be the safety and comfort of our passengers. From performing safety duties and assisting travelers with special needs to providing excellent onboard service and keeping the cabin in top shape, you’ll play an essential role in every journey. You’ll also take part in inflight sales, helping create a warm and professional atmosphere from takeoff to landing.
Who We’re Looking For?
We believe personality and attitude are just as important as experience. If you’re friendly, adventurous, and eager to learn, this could be the perfect opportunity. To succeed, you’ll need:
- A high school diploma and to be at least 18 years old
- Fluent Latvian (C1 or above) and strong English skills (B2 or above)
- Strong customer service skills and a positive, people-focused approach
- An arm reach of at least 210 cm on tiptoes, physical fitness, and swimming ability
- A valid EU passport with no travel restrictions
