What You’ll Be Doing?
As a Junior Cabin Crew member, you’ll represent the heart of airBaltic — ensuring every passenger enjoys a safe, comfortable, and memorable journey. Your main duties include:
- Maintaining safety standards and supporting the flight crew throughout each flight
- Providing warm, attentive customer service to passengers of all ages and needs
- Handling onboard sales with confidence, from product presentation to payment processing
- Assisting passengers requiring extra care and ensuring everyone feels at ease
- Keeping the cabin clean, organized, and welcoming during the flight
- Upholding the highest professional standards and company values
What We’re Looking For?
You don’t need previous experience — just enthusiasm, professionalism, and a people-first attitude. To qualify, you should have:
- A high school diploma and be at least 18 years old
- Good English skills (B2 level or higher)
- A valid EU passport without travel restrictions
- A positive, service-minded personality and a natural sense of teamwork
- Physical fitness, including the ability to swim and an arm reach of 210 cm (on tiptoes)
