Description
Clay Lacy Aviation is looking for a dedicated and proactive Cabin Server for the G650. This full-time position is responsible for organizing and maintaining the pristine condition of the assigned aircraft. The ideal candidate should have excellent attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to ensure a high level of service and cleanliness onboard.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Cabin Server, you will be responsible for preparing the aircraft with amenities, catering, and special requests while ensuring all items are fresh and the cabin is immaculate before departure. You will learn and accommodate owner food preferences, dietary needs, and allergies, as well as manage shopping and stocking to align with owner and charter expectations. Regular inventory checks will be required to maintain consistency and quality. Additionally, you will provide trip details via an automated inflight survey, address any wear-and-tear issues with the PIC or relevant department, and safely handle aircraft items during maintenance events. You will also assist in setting up the aircraft for potential charter client showings while maintaining a flexible schedule based on the owner's flight needs.
Requirements
The successful candidate must have at least two years of experience in Part 91 and/or Part 135 large cabin private or corporate jets. Residency within a two-hour drivable commute from the aircraft's base is required, as this is not a commutable position. A valid, unrestricted driver's license and food handler certification must be maintained. The candidate must also possess a valid passport and have completed emergency training from an approved facility within the past 12 months, including CPR and First Aid. Pre-employment background and drug screening, as well as CLA Indoctrination training, are required. The role demands availability for flexible hours, weekends, and holidays, with an expectation to be "on-call" unless on a scheduled day off.
