What You’ll Do
Your primary mission will be to keep our passengers and crew safe, while delivering the warm, attentive service that Air Astana is famous for. You’ll ensure every flight runs smoothly, from pre-departure briefings to touchdown, creating an atmosphere where passengers feel welcome, cared for, and at ease. Key Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of everyone on board in accordance with aviation standards
- Delivering exceptional inflight service and anticipating passenger needs
- Creating a comfortable, friendly atmosphere that reflects the hospitality of Kazakhstan
- Assisting passengers of all ages and backgrounds, including those with special requirements
- Remaining calm, professional, and solution-focused in all situations

Requirements
- Citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan
- Secondary or vocational education completed
- Confident communication in Kazakh, Russian, and English (additional languages are an asset)
- Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to connect with people from diverse cultures
- Adaptability, teamwork, and the ability to stay composed under pressure
- A polished, professional appearance and excellent personal presentation
- Good overall health and fitness to meet the demands of the role
Physical Requirements:
- Minimum height: 170 cm for men, 165 cm for women
- Minimum arm reach: 208 cm (standing on tiptoes)
Preferred but Not Mandatory:
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, or related fields
