Are you a detail-oriented organizer with a passion for aviation and luxury service? Union Aviation is seeking an Inflight Services Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Riga Airport. In this pivotal role, you will be the unseen architect of the seamless, five-star experience our private jet clients expect. If you thrive on precision, enjoy managing complex logistics, and take pride in ensuring every detail is flawless, this is your opportunity to build a career at the heart of a premier aviation service provider.
Your Mission: The Backstage Maestro of Luxury Flight
As our Inflight Services Coordinator, you are the critical link between client expectations and impeccable execution. Your work ensures that every Union Aviation flight departs with precisely the right ambiance, amenities, and provisions tailored to each client's profile. This is a hands-on, operational role where your ability to juggle multiple priorities, solve problems proactively, and maintain rigorous standards will define the quality of our service on the ground and in the air.
A Day in Your Role Will Involve:
- Serving as the primary point for aircraft preparation, meticulously resetting cabins to our exacting standards for charter, retail, and owner flights.
- Supporting our cabin crew with flight preparations and resets, ensuring they have everything needed to deliver exceptional in-flight service.
- Managing the stockroom and aircraft inventory with precision, implementing rotation systems and maintaining optimal levels of premium amenities and supplies.
- Conducting detailed quality inspections of each aircraft, collaborating closely with maintenance, interiors, and line service teams to resolve any discrepancies swiftly.
- Introducing and refreshing point-of-sale and branded materials throughout the cabin to elevate the client experience.
- Leading the Flight Analysis Report process: delegating post-flight tasks, maintaining our flight statistics database, and preparing insightful monthly reports.
- Contributing to our continuous improvement by adopting new processes and identifying opportunities to enhance our service and operations.
- Assisting the Service Crew Manager with recruitment coordination and taking ownership of uniform design and provisioning for our service team.
The Skills and Mindset You Bring
We are looking for a proactive professional who combines logistical skill with creative thinking. The ideal candidate will possess:
- Outstanding organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proven capacity to work both independently with initiative and collaboratively as a dedicated team player.
- Strong critical thinking and sound decision-making skills, especially under time pressure.
- A creative, "outside-the-box" approach to problem-solving and service enhancement.
- Tech-savviness and comfort with databases, reporting, and modern office software.
- A valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle for occasional duties.
- Professional fluency in English (written and spoken), with strong working knowledge of both Latvian and Russian being essential.
- A background in aviation, customer service, or luxury hospitality is a significant advantage.
- Flexibility to adapt to office-based hours, with the understanding that the dynamic nature of aviation may occasionally require adaptability.
