    The Inflight Services Coordinator at Union Aviation is responsible for ensuring that each commanded flight is equipped with the required amenities per client requests. This role involves consistently delivering an enhanced level of private jet service, maintaining quality standards, and adapting to evolving priorities. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, capable of managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously, and responsive to changing demands.

    Key Responsibilities:

    As an Inflight Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for preparing and resetting aircraft according to Union Aviation Standards for all charter, retail, and owner flights, assisting crew members with flight preparations, and managing stockroom rotation and aircraft inventory. You will also oversee the introduction and development of POS materials, assist with initial amenity setup for newly received aircraft, conduct quality checks, and coordinate with maintenance, interiors, and line service to address discrepancies. Additional responsibilities include maintaining flight statistics, generating reports, implementing process improvements, supporting recruitment for service crew, and managing uniform design and arrangements. Other duties may be assigned as needed.


    Requirements

    The successful candidate must have excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills, with fluency in English (both written and spoken) and strong proficiency in Latvian and Russian. They must be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrate critical thinking and decision-making abilities, and bring a creative, out-of-the-box approach to problem-solving. Aviation, customer service, or hospitality experience is an advantage. The role requires flexibility with irregular hours when needed, tech-savviness, and a valid driver’s license with access to a personal vehicle for certain duties.
