Key Responsibilities:
As a member of our cabin crew, your focus will be to ensure every detail of the flight meets the unique needs of our guests. From greeting passengers to preparing personalized in-flight services, your role is essential to providing comfort, safety, and sophistication in the air. You’ll coordinate closely with pilots and ground staff, helping create seamless, memorable flights from takeoff to landing. Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming guests on board and attending to their needs throughout the flight
- Ensuring the cabin remains clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times
- Managing high-end meal and beverage service tailored to client preferences
- Supporting passengers with any special requirements or last-minute requests
- Overseeing all safety procedures and providing assistance during boarding and disembarkation
- Collaborating with the cockpit and ground teams to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
To thrive in this role, you’ll need to bring a professional presence, genuine hospitality, and the flexibility to adapt to the demands of private flying. We’re seeking candidates who meet the following:
- Previous experience as a VIP or business aviation Cabin Crew member
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Discretion, attention to detail, and a polished service mindset
- Must be currently based in Los Angeles
- Immediate availability is required
