We are currently looking for a Hospitality Services Agent to join our team and deliver the signature Bahraini welcome to travelers from around the world.

    About the Role

    As a Hospitality Services Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for Hala Bahrain customers. Whether assisting arriving passengers with immigration and baggage, or guiding departing travelers from curbside to their gate, your goal will be to ensure every journey through the airport feels effortless. This role combines customer service, problem-solving, and hospitality to create a memorable experience at one of the region’s busiest airports.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Greet and assist passengers at key touchpoints—from arrival through to baggage claim, onward transport, or boarding.
    • Manage bookings for Hala Bahrain services at customer service counters in both the arrivals and departures halls.
    • Provide accurate information about Hala Bahrain’s range of services, and proactively suggest or upsell offerings that enhance the customer journey.
    • Assist travelers with practical needs such as directions, local advice, or support with lost luggage and emergency arrangements.
    • Operate essential airport systems and office equipment, including radios, access controls, and booking platforms.
    • Keep detailed and accurate records of passenger interactions, feedback, and transactions to ensure service quality and accountability.
    • Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering service with warmth, efficiency, and cultural sensitivity.

    What We’re Looking For?

    • A Higher National Diploma or equivalent qualification
    • 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality-related roles
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
    • Basic administrative and computer skills
    • A genuine passion for providing excellent service and representing Bahraini hospitality to a global audience
