Bahrain Airport Company is seeking an Agent – Hospitality Services. This role is responsible for meeting, greeting, and assisting Hala Bahrain customers at Bahrain International Airport. The selected candidate will guide passengers through airport procedures such as immigration, security, and baggage drop-off or claim, ensuring a smooth and high-quality experience throughout their journey, whether arriving or departing the terminal.
Key Responsibilities:
As an Agent - Hospitality Services, you will meet, greet, and assist passengers, aiding them from arrival to their onward transportation or, in the case of departing passengers, from curbside to the boarding gate. You will arrange bookings for Hala Bahrain services from the customer service desks in the arrival and departure halls, and provide these services in compliance with operating policies and procedures to ensure high-quality service delivery. You will be aware of all information related to Hala Bahrain’s service offering and provide timely and adequate information to passengers based on their inquiries. Additionally, you will cross-sell and up-sell services to passengers, operate office equipment such as air-to-ground radio, airport access control, computers, and phones as required, and maintain and update records, MIS, and databases of passengers, customer interactions, transactions, and feedback. You will also assist with problems and offer practical advice on arrival issues such as phone cards, dining options, emergency accommodation, and lost or damaged luggage.
Requirements
The successful candidate must have a High National Diploma and 1–2 years of working experience in sales, customer service, or promotional services. Basic administrative skills and an in-depth understanding of service offerings, policies, and procedures are essential to accurately inform passengers. The candidate must have the ability to work calmly under pressure and possess the skill to arrange bookings for Hala Bahrain services at customer service desks in both departure and arrival halls.
