Key Responsibilities:
As a Cabin Attendant, you are responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of passengers onboard. You will also be expected to deliver an exceptional customer experience by providing consistent service that is efficient, courteous, prompt, and aligned with the company’s brand standards at all times.
Requirements
The successful candidate must possess five (5) CSEC/CXC/GCE Ordinary level passes, including English and Mathematics, or a high school diploma from an accredited institution. Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required, along with proven conversational competency in Spanish or French. Basic competency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook, is essential. A minimum of two (2) years of related customer service experience is needed, along with a valid Flight Attendant Swimming Certificate or a valid Level IV Swimming Certificate from a recognized swimming school, and a current First Aid Certificate from a recognized institution. Candidates must measure a minimum height of 5’ 3” (without shoes) and a maximum height of 6’ 2” (with shoes), with weight proportionate to height. Proof of citizenship and possession of a Trinidad and Tobago passport are required. Applicants must be able to identify potentially hazardous situations and take appropriate action to maintain a safe environment. A strong customer service orientation, teamwork abilities, excellent English communication skills, situational awareness, reasoning skills, and stress management will be assessed. Candidates must also be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
