    Description

Do you thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy delivering outstanding service at 40,000 feet? Jet Aviation is looking for a dedicated and experienced International Cabin Attendant to join our team based in White Plains, New York. This role is ideal for professionals with a background in premium hospitality or business aviation, who are passionate about safety, detail, and creating memorable in-flight experiences.

As a Cabin Attendant with Jet Aviation, you'll go beyond just providing service—you'll play a critical role in ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of our clients. When you're not flying, you’ll be involved in essential ground tasks such as catering coordination, stocking, cabin preparations, and other administrative responsibilities that help keep every journey running smoothly.

At Jet Aviation, you’re more than just a flight attendant—you’re a brand ambassador. Join a company where professionalism, discretion, and service excellence take center stage

    Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will begin well before takeoff and continue beyond landing. Each flight starts with a detailed inspection of the cabin and safety equipment. You’ll coordinate with pilots, maintenance, and cleaning crews to make sure everything is spotless, stocked, and ready for guests.

Once on board, you’ll ensure passengers are briefed on safety protocols, assist with carry-on luggage and seating arrangements, and manage all aspects of in-flight service—from presenting personalized menus to serving high-end meals and beverages. You’ll also be expected to operate emergency equipment if needed and assist with any inflight medical or safety situations.

Between flights, your duties may include managing onboard inventories, shopping for specific cabin supplies requested by the aircraft owner, updating passenger profiles, and submitting reports related to catering, expenses, and trip feedback. You may also support or train contract flight attendants on best practices and Jet Aviation standards.

    Requirements

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to have a minimum of four years of relevant work experience, with at least two years in high-end food service or culinary roles. Prior training from Flight Safety International or equivalent programs is required, along with current certifications in inflight medical care such as MedAire or CPR/AED.

A calm, professional demeanor and the ability to stay composed in both routine and emergency scenarios are essential. Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to service are qualities we highly value.

    Additional Qualifications:

    • High school diploma is required; a college degree is preferred
    • Must be at least 21 years of age
    • Strong organizational and project management skills
    • A keen interest in aviation and a willingness to represent Jet Aviation’s brand and values
    • Comfort with physical activity, including lifting items up to 50 lbs above your head

    Benefits and Perks

We care about your well-being just as much as we care about our clients. Eligible employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including:

    • Medical, dental, and vision coverage
    • Generous paid time off and wellness incentives
    • Matching 401(k) plan
    • Health savings and flexible spending accounts
    • Life insurance and disability coverage
    • Tuition reimbursement
    • Exclusive employee discounts
    • Access to employee assistance programs and more
