About the Role
As a Cabin Attendant, you’ll be responsible for ensuring every flight runs seamlessly—from preflight preparations to post-flight follow-ups. You’ll manage all aspects of the cabin, from catering and presentation to safety and comfort. Beyond inflight service, you’ll also handle administrative duties, training, and coordination to maintain the elite standards Jet Aviation is known for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate closely with pilots, maintenance, and ground teams to ensure the aircraft is spotless, stocked, and fully prepared for departure.
- Conduct thorough preflight inspections and confirm all safety equipment is in proper working order.
- Deliver a personalized, world-class service to passengers throughout their journey—handling everything from gourmet meal preparation to inflight entertainment systems.
- Perform all required safety duties, including passenger briefings, emergency preparedness, and operation of safety equipment such as fire extinguishers, life rafts, and oxygen systems.
- Manage catering logistics—plan menus, source ingredients, prepare and serve meals, and maintain detailed catering and expense reports.
- Keep the aircraft cabin organized, fresh, and perfectly presented at all times.
- Supervise or mentor other cabin crew members when necessary.

Who We’re Looking For?
We’re seeking someone who combines grace and professionalism with a meticulous eye for detail. You should be as comfortable serving fine dining at altitude as you are ensuring strict adherence to safety and regulatory procedures.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience, including at least 2 years in luxury hospitality or culinary service
- Corporate cabin attendant recurrent training (FlightSafety International or AirCare International required)
- MedAire inflight illness and injury certification, or valid CPR/AED equivalent
- Minimum age of 21
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- College degree preferred
- Strong background in high-end service environments or corporate aviation
- Leadership experience, especially in training or supervising other crew members
- Professional, poised, and adaptable personality with a genuine passion for client care
Physical Requirements:
This is a dynamic and hands-on role requiring flexibility, endurance, and attention to detail. You should be able to lift up to 25 lbs frequently (and occasionally up to 50 lbs overhead), remain active for long periods, and meet visual and dexterity requirements necessary for flight operations.
