Jet Luxe is seeking to add a new member to its Flight Care team in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This pivotal role involves managing all aspects of private travel, ensuring seamless coordination and delivering a high standard of personalized service to clients. Key Responsibilities:
As a Flight Care Executive, you will manage effective, polite, and prompt communication with high-end clients while understanding and navigating aviation operational requirements and constraints. You will work closely with the Sales team to ensure client needs are met and service delivery is aligned. Responsibilities include overseeing catering arrangements to ensure quality and timeliness, organizing commercial tickets and hotel reservations for staff and crew, and maintaining detailed oversight of clients’ flight details and account information. You will be expected to solve any challenges efficiently to maintain seamless operations, ensure supplier service quality meets Jet Luxe’s standards, and provide excellent customer service to maintain satisfaction. The role involves working with both new and existing suppliers and customer databases, devising and implementing positive operational strategies, and processing the ordering of necessary goods and services for ongoing operations. Additionally, you will track key functional metrics to help reduce expenses and improve effectiveness, collaborate with key functions to meet company expectations, manage and anticipate events through data analysis and control strategies, and resolve any potential issues or challenges faced with clients in an efficient manner.
Requirements
The successful candidate must be fluent in English with excellent communication skills, and proficiency in other languages—especially Spanish and French—is highly desirable. A minimum of three years’ experience in a client service role is required, and experience in private aviation is considered advantageous. Attention to detail is essential to ensure precision on all tasks, along with the ability to work under pressure, multitask, and adapt to constant or last-minute changes. Exceptional client service skills, problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment, and strong organizational and communication skills are required. The candidate must also have a solid understanding of aviation operations and constraints, strong interpersonal skills to interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders, and a proactive, flexible, passionate, and enthusiastic attitude. The ability to work both independently and within a team, along with a willingness to work shift schedules, is essential. The candidate must be based in Fort Lauderdale or be willing to relocate.
