Your Role: Where Hospitality Meets Precision
This is a dynamic position that blends front-of-house service with safe, courteous transportation. You'll be the face of Jetex on the ground—greeting VIP travelers, handling their luggage with care, and chauffeuring them smoothly between the FBO and airport. But your responsibilities go beyond driving and baggage. You'll also support the Concierge team with daily operations, ensure vehicles are immaculate and ready, and contribute to the overall efficiency and elegance of our ground services.

What You'll Do Day to Day:
- Start each shift by joining the Concierge team for briefings, reviewing flight schedules, and confirming all transport arrangements are perfectly aligned.
- Welcome guests warmly as they arrive or depart, ensuring they feel valued and at ease from the very first moment.
- Handle luggage with precision and care, following established procedures for both arrivals and departures.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections, reporting any observations to your Supervisor, and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness for all transportation vehicles and baggage trolleys.
- Escort visitors through the FBO, introducing them to the appropriate contact and ensuring a seamless handover.
- Manage courier and shipment-related administrative tasks as needed.
- Always prioritize the health and safety of guests, crew, colleagues, and company assets.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with other teams, using proper channels and etiquette.
- Deliver consistent, high-quality service with attentiveness, speed, and minimal error rates.
- Follow all driving regulations, respecting speed limits and safety protocols at all times.
- Take on additional duties as assigned by your Line Manager, remaining flexible and supportive.
What We're Looking For?
The ideal candidate brings a blend of hands-on experience, professional polish, and a genuine passion for serving others. To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A High School Level Education or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of background experience in aviation ground support or the hospitality industry.
- Fluency in English, with strong communication skills.
- A natural talent for customer service—warm, attentive, and solution-oriented.
- Intermediate IT skills, including familiarity with MS Office and database management.
- Proven experience with luggage transport procedures.
- The physical capability to lift approximately 50 lbs.
- A valid UAE Driving License, with a clean driving record and commitment to road safety.
