Alerion Aviation is looking for an experienced Cabin Attendant to join our team and deliver a truly elevated private jet experience. Based in South Florida, you’ll be part of one of the region’s largest boutique fleets, flying Gulfstream 550 operations under Part 91. This is more than just a service role—it’s an opportunity to represent a Platinum Elite-rated operator known for safety, personalization, and hands-on excellence.
What You’ll Do?
As the face of our inflight experience, you’ll be responsible for every detail of the cabin before, during, and after a flight. You’ll make sure the aircraft is meticulously prepared and stocked, coordinate directly with the PIC on safety matters, and deliver an exceptional standard of customer care that feels seamless and discreet. From managing preflight briefings and passenger comfort to responding calmly in emergencies, your role ensures every journey with Alerion Aviation is safe, polished, and unforgettable.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Preparing and presenting the cabin to the highest standards before each departure
- Managing inflight service, including menu planning, catering presentation, and personalized passenger requests
- Communicating with flight crew about cabin conditions and maintenance needs
- Assisting with safety demonstrations and procedures, including emergencies and medical situations
- Supporting passengers with luggage, seating, and use of onboard systems like entertainment and connectivity
- Completing all required paperwork for preflight, inflight, and post-flight operations
What We’re Looking For?
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in luxury hospitality, private aviation, or premium cabin service in commercial airlines
- Corporate Cabin Attendant recurrent training completed within the last 24 months
- Valid CPR certification (AED training strongly preferred)
- Strong attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to stay calm in dynamic environments
- Excellent communication in English; additional languages and international cultural fluency are a plus
- Physical ability to assist in emergency procedures, including operating exits (up to 130 lbs) and life raft deployment (approx. 60 lbs)
- Valid U.S. passport with international travel eligibility, plus a valid U.S. driver’s license
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
