- Welcome & Introduction: You'll hear directly from our recruitment team about the role, the lifestyle of an Emirates Cabin Crew member, and what it's like to live in Dubai—a city that blends modern energy with rich culture.
- Assessment: This is your chance to shine. You'll participate in group activities that allow us to see your natural teamwork and communication skills, followed by an online test conducted at the venue.
- Final Interview: We want to get to know you—your story, your motivations, and why you're excited to join our team. This is a conversation, not just an interview.

Are You Who We're Looking For?
We're searching for individuals who bring warmth, professionalism, and a genuine love for connecting with people. To be considered for Emirates Cabin Crew, you'll need:
- Fluency in written and spoken English (additional languages are a strong advantage)
- A natural team spirit and a personality that leaves a lasting impression
- A minimum height of 160cm, with the ability to reach 212cm
- Eligibility to meet UAE employment visa requirements
- At least 21 years of age
- A minimum of one year in hospitality, customer service, or a people-focused role
- Completed high school education (Grade 12 or equivalent)
- No visible tattoos while in Emirates Cabin Crew uniform

Your Compensation
As a Grade II (Economy Class) crew member, your monthly earnings combine a fixed salary, flying pay, and meal allowances.
- Basic Salary: AED 4,980 per month
- Flying Pay: AED 69.6 per hour (based on an average of 80–100 hours per month)
- Average Monthly Total: Approximately AED 11,244 (around USD 3,061)*
*Meal allowances for overnight stops are credited the following month. Hotel accommodation and airport transport are provided by the company.
Travel Benefits

Your Home in Dubai:
- Fully furnished accommodation is provided at no cost, including utilities like water and electricity.
- You'll share a two- or three-bedroom apartment with colleagues of the same gender—each of you has your own bedroom, with shared kitchen and living spaces.
- After completing your probationary period, you may request a move to another apartment, subject to availability.
- For your security, visitors are not permitted past 1:00 AM unless they are Emirates crew. Family visits are welcome: you may host up to two family members at a time, twice a year, for a maximum of 30 days per visit.
Getting Around
Company-provided transportation is available to and from work and the Training College, making your daily commute seamless.
Time Off & Travel:
- Enjoy 30 calendar days of leave per year.
- Receive one firm free annual leave ticket to your country of origin. After three years of service, you can choose to travel to any Emirates destination instead.
