What Happens on Recruitment Day?
Our invitation-only events are designed to help you shine while giving you a real sense of what it’s like to be part of Emirates:
- Welcome & Introduction – Meet our recruitment specialists, learn about the role, and get a glimpse into life as cabin crew in Dubai.
- Assessments – Take part in group activities and an on-site online test that helps us see how you work as part of a team.
- Final Interview – A one-on-one conversation where we get to know your story, your personality, and your motivation to join Emirates.
Important: Please bring a valid ID and keep digital copies of the following ready on your phone:
- Your latest CV (in English)
- Education certificate
- Passport copy in PDF format (or government ID if you don’t yet have a passport)
Dress Code & Presentation
First impressions matter, so please arrive in polished business attire.
- Women: Hair neatly tied back, full makeup, business dress or suit, heels
- Men: Hair neatly styled, clean-shaven, formal business suit, dress shoes
Who We’re Looking For?
Our cabin crew are the face of Emirates, and we’re searching for individuals who bring warmth, professionalism, and adaptability to the role. To be considered, you’ll need to meet the following:
- Minimum age of 21
- Minimum high school (Grade 12) education
- Fluent in spoken and written English (extra languages are a plus)
- At least 1 year of hospitality or customer service experience
- No visible tattoos while in uniform
- At least 160cm tall, with the ability to reach 212cm on tiptoe
- Eligible for a UAE employment visa
- Strong teamwork skills and a friendly, confident personality

- Basic salary: AED 4,980 per month
- Flying pay: AED 69.6 per hour (80–100 hours typical monthly average)
