Your Role: The Heartbeat of Our Passenger Experience
As a key member of our cabin team, you will be the face of AJet, directly responsible for creating a safe, secure, and enjoyable journey for every passenger. You will receive comprehensive training to prepare you for a role where no two days are the same. Your primary mission will be to ensure operational excellence by upholding our highest safety standards, responding to passenger needs with warmth and professionalism, and contributing to a seamless in-flight experience that reflects our brand promise.
Are You Our Future Cabin Crew Member?
We are looking for candidates who embody a spirit of dedication, professionalism, and a genuine passion for people. To be eligible for this career-launching opportunity, you must meet the following criteria:
- Be a citizen of the Turkish Republic.
- Be born between 1 January 1991 and 31 December 2004.
- Hold at least a bachelor's degree or a relevant associate degree (e.g., Civil Aviation and Cabin Services, Civil Air Transport Management).
- Have a good command of English; knowledge of a second foreign language is a strong advantage.
- Possess a minimum of 1 year of documented work experience (verifiable via an SGK Service Record).
- Currently reside, or be willing to relocate to, the Anatolian side of Istanbul.
- Meet the height and proportional weight requirements:
- For Women: 160–180 cm
- For Men: 170–190 cm
- Have no criminal record.
- Have no prior dismissal record from THY A.O. or its subsidiaries.
- For current employees of THY A.O. or its subsidiaries: Must have at least 3 years of seniority at the company.
- Have no restrictions on domestic or international travel.
- Have no visible tattoos, piercings, or permanent marks (e.g., scars, burns, stains) on any part of the body visible while in the AJet uniform.
Health and Medical Requirements
Aviation is a safety-critical industry, and your health is paramount. Please note the following requirements:
- Successful candidates must obtain a "Fit to Fly" medical report from an SHGM-authorized Aviation Medical Center as a condition of employment.
- AJet company physicians may request additional tests during the pre-employment medical examination.
- You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information regarding your medical history during this process.
- AJet retains the right to make final hiring decisions based on its pre-employment health standards.
