Your Responsibilities
As a Vietjet Cabin Crew member, you'll play a vital role in ensuring every flight is safe, comfortable, and memorable. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the safety and security of passengers while delivering the best possible onboard experience throughout the flight
- Performing safety and inflight service duties while working closely with the cabin crew team to ensure every flight is conducted professionally and efficiently
- Being ready to assist and care for passengers, especially in situations requiring first aid or medical assistance
- Continuously learning and developing professional skills, and performing other duties as required by the position

Recruitment Process
Our recruitment process is designed to identify the best talent. Here's what you can expect:
- Document Check: Candidates bring their ID Card (Passport for expats) for verification and receive their candidate number
- AI Grooming Check: An automated assessment of your professional appearance
- Height and BMI Check: Verification of physical requirements
- Catwalk – AI Interview: A confidence and presentation assessment
- Talent Show (in groups): Showcase your personality and teamwork
- Panel Interview: Meet our recruitment team face-to-face
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
Education
- At least high school degree graduate
Age
- 18 – 30 years old
- Experienced Cabin Crew: Female 18 - 31 years old, Male 18 - 35 years old
Height and BMI Requirements
- Female: From and above 160cm (barefoot); BMI between 18.5 – 22
- Male: From and above 170cm (barefoot), BMI between 20 – 24
Communication Skills
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills
English Certificate
- Minimum TOEIC 500 or equivalent (IELTS 4.0/TOEFL iBT 40/TOEFL ITP 450 or University's Degree in English)
- Note: TOEFL iBT home edition and certificates that cannot be verified in Vietnam are not accepted
Medical and Physical Requirements
- Medically fit to meet cabin crew requirements
- No dental braces
- Balanced eyes, short-sightedness not exceeding 3 degrees, no squint, and even eye color on both sides
- No visible tattoo or scar while in Vietjet Cabin Crew Uniform (covering by make-up or plaster is prohibited)
Training
- Selected candidates must complete Initial Training (according to the training contract with Victoria Aviation Academy)
- Trainees will be provided with accommodation throughout the entire training period at VIAA
