What You'll Be Doing as Part of Our Crew?
This is a role that goes far beyond serving inflight refreshments. As a VietJet cabin crew member, you become the heart of every flight—responsible for the well-being of everyone on board. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining the highest standards of safety and security for passengers throughout the flight, from takeoff to landing.
- Performing all inflight duties and services with professionalism, efficiency, and genuine warmth.
- Applying your first aid training to assist passengers whenever medical needs arise during a journey.
- Taking on additional tasks as assigned by your senior crew members, always with a flexible and helpful attitude.

What the Recruitment Day Looks Like?
We've designed a recruitment experience that helps us see the real you—not just on paper, but in action. Here's what to expect when you join our Recruitment Day:
- Document Check: Bring your ID card (or passport for international applicants) for verification and to receive your candidate number.
- AI Grooming Check: A quick, tech-driven assessment to ensure professional presentation standards.
- Height and BMI Check: We'll confirm you meet our physical requirements.
- Catwalk – AI Interview: Show your poise and confidence as you walk, followed by an AI-assisted interview.
- Talent Show (in groups): This is where your personality gets to shine! Join your group and showcase your unique energy and creativity.
- Panel Interview: Meet our experienced recruiters for a final conversation about your potential as a VietJet crew member.
To ensure everything runs smoothly, we ask that you submit your application online in advance and bring your ID Card (or Passport for expats) for verification on the day of the event.
Who We're Looking For?
We welcome applicants from every corner of the world. To be considered, you'll need to meet the following criteria:
- Education: At least a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Age:
- General applicants: 18 – 30 years old
- Experienced Cabin Crew: Female up to 31 years old, Male up to 35 years old
- Height (barefoot):
- Female: 160 cm or above
- Male: 170 cm or above
- BMI:
- Female: Between 18.5 and 22
- Male: Between 20 and 24
- English Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, supported by a valid certificate. Minimum TOEIC 500 or equivalent (IELTS 4.0 / TOEFL iBT 40 / TOEFL ITP 450), or a university degree taught in English. Please note: TOEFL iBT Home Edition and certificates that cannot be verified in Vietnam are not accepted.
- Medical Fitness: You must be medically fit to meet all cabin crew requirements.
- Dental: No dental braces.
- Vision: Balanced eyes, shortsightedness no more than 3 degrees, no squint, and even eye color on both sides.
- Tattoos & Scars: No visible tattoos or scars while in the VietJet cabin crew uniform. Covering them with makeup or plaster is not permitted.
What Happens After You're Selected?
Congratulations! If you successfully pass the Recruitment Day, you will be invited to complete the Initial Training program in accordance with the training contract at Victoria Aviation Academy (VIAA). The good news? Trainees receive accommodation throughout the entire training period, so you can focus entirely on becoming the best crew member you can be.
