What You'll Do in the Sky?
As a VietJet flight attendant, you become the heart of the passenger experience and the guardian of their safety. Your role is both meaningful and varied, involving:
- Taking charge of passenger safety and security throughout every phase of flight, ensuring all protocols are followed with precision and care.
- Delivering attentive, warm service that makes every traveler feel welcomed and valued onboard.
- Applying first aid knowledge with confidence and compassion whenever a passenger needs assistance.
- Contributing to other duties as assigned, always representing VietJet's energetic and professional spirit.

- Document Check: We'll verify your ID Card (or Passport for expat applicants) and assign your candidate number.
- AI Grooming Check: A quick, tech-assisted review to ensure you present yourself professionally.
- Height and BMI Check: We'll confirm you meet our physical requirements for the role.
- Catwalk & AI Interview: Walk with confidence and answer questions that help us understand your communication style and presence.
- Talent Show (in groups): This is your chance to show us your teamwork, creativity, and personality in a fun, collaborative setting.
- Panel Interview: A final conversation with our recruitment team to get to know you better.
To ensure everything runs smoothly, we ask that you submit your application online in advance and bring your ID Card (or Passport for expats) for verification on the day of the event.
Who We're Looking For?
We welcome applicants from all nationalities who bring the right mix of qualifications, presence, and passion. To be considered, you should meet the following criteria:
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Age: Open to candidates between 18 and 28 years old.
- Height & BMI:
- Female: Minimum height 160cm (barefoot); BMI between 18.5 and 22
- Male: Minimum height 170cm (barefoot); BMI between 20 and 25
- English Proficiency: You must possess excellent English communication and presentation skills, supported by a valid English certificate (minimum TOEIC 500 or equivalent, such as IELTS 4.0/TOEFL iBT 40/TOEFL ITP 450, or a university degree conducted in English). Please note that TOEFL iBT home edition and certificates that cannot be verified in Vietnam are not accepted.
- Medical Fitness: You must be medically fit to meet all cabin crew requirements.
- Appearance Standards:
- No visible tattoos or scars while wearing the VietJet cabin crew uniform (covering them with makeup or plasters is not permitted).
- No dental braces.
- Balanced vision, with short-sightedness not exceeding 3 degrees, no squint, and even eye color on both sides.
- Training Commitment: Selected candidates must successfully complete our Initial Training program. Please note that a Training Fee and Training Bond will apply.
