We are seeking a strategic and empathetic leader to join our team as a Cabin Operations Manager, based in either Hamburg or Malta. In this role, you will be the vital link between our cabin professionals and the company's strategic vision. Your core mission is to foster an environment where our Cabin Hosts and Hostesses feel profoundly supported, motivated, and aligned with our unique culture, enabling them to perform at their very best. You will collaborate across departments to drive operational initiatives, champion professional growth, and ensure our standards are not just met, but consistently exceeded.
Your Impact: A Blend of Leadership and Operational Excellence!
Your day-to-day will be dynamic, balancing people leadership with precise operational oversight. You will be trusted to:
- Serve as the primary steward for the welfare, motivation, and professional support of our Cabin Hosts and Hostesses, ensuring they are fully equipped to operate safely and deliver exceptional service.
- Build strong, professional relationships with your team, acting as a mentor and ambassador for their career development within the Vista network.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business on cross-functional projects and operational improvements.
- Conduct meaningful performance reviews, address underperformance constructively, and identify and celebrate talent across the team.
- Manage administrative and operational duties with keen attention to detail, including oversight of aircraft stocking, safety reports, flight briefings, and audit processes.
- Monitor trends in attendance and performance, applying best practices to support a healthy, high-performing team.
- Embody our culture by engaging with enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and the flexibility to meet the evolving needs of a global operation.
- Travel as required for role-specific duties and undergo our renowned Cabin Host/ess training to maintain firsthand operational knowledge and provide flight coverage when necessary.
