    The Role: Crew Briefing Center Officer

    The purpose of this role is to provide support and assistance to crew members at the ITA Airways Crew Briefing Center in Rome Fiumicino. You will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that flight crews have everything they need to deliver safe, efficient, and exceptional service to our passengers.

    What You'll Be Doing?

    As a Crew Briefing Center Officer, your responsibilities will include:

    • Contributing to the effective and efficient management of crew presentation centers, ensuring the availability and accessibility of services for flight crew members, as well as the operational and administrative documentation required for flight operations
    • During crew reporting, verifying the numerical composition of crews and, in the event of absences, informing the relevant operational departments and overseeing the related aspects within your area of responsibility
    • Monitoring and submitting Crew APIS (Advance Passenger Information System) data to local government authorities
    • Contributing to the proper provision of crew transportation services by supervising the operational management of the service in Rome
    • Managing uniform replacements and replenishments for flight crew members
    • Monitoring the quality of services provided at crew presentation centers, identifying areas for improvement and proposing initiatives aimed at increasing process efficiency and effectiveness, and reducing response times between service requests and fulfillment

    To succeed in this role, you'll need a combination of education, experience, and personal qualities that align with our high standards:

    Education & Experience

    • High school diploma—a university degree will be considered an advantage
    • Knowledge of crew processes and the Netline Crew system—familiarity with industry-standard tools is a plus
    • Good knowledge of English—essential for clear communication
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office—you're comfortable with spreadsheets, documents, and reporting tools
    • Data processing, analysis, and reporting skills—you can support departmental activities with accurate and timely information

    • Strong problem-solving skills—with the ability to plan and execute tasks quickly in stressful situations
    • High motivation and a strong results-oriented approach—you're driven to achieve and exceed expectations
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills—you interact effectively with colleagues and crew members

    What We Offer?

    We believe in rewarding our people with a competitive package that reflects their contribution and supports their well-being:

    • Employment contract under the Air Transport National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL)
    • Annual gross salary: €23,383.78–€27,000, depending on the candidate's experience and skills
