ITA Airways is on the lookout for a full-time Crew Briefing Center Agent to join its Flight Operations Department. Based at the ITA Airways Crew Briefing Center in Fiumicino, this role is focused on providing support and assistance to crew members, ensuring smooth and efficient operations before each flight.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Crew Briefing Center Agent, you will contribute to the effective and efficient management of crew check-in centers to ensure the availability and accessibility of services and the operational and administrative documentation required for flight operations. You will ensure, at check-in, the verification of the crew’s numerical composition, reporting any absences to the relevant operational departments, and overseeing responsibilities within your scope. You will ensure monitoring and transmission of Apis Crew data (Advance Passenger Information System) to local Government Authorities, and contribute to the proper execution of the crew transportation service, supervising its operational management at Fiumicino Airport. Additionally, you will ensure the management of uniform replenishments for crew members, and monitor the quality of services provided at crew check-in centers, identifying areas for improvement and proposing initiatives aimed at increasing process efficiency and effectiveness while reducing response time from request to fulfillment.
Requirements
The successful candidate must have a high school diploma, while a university degree is preferred. A good command of the English language and in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite are required. Experience in the aviation sector, particularly in Crew processes, is preferred. The candidate should demonstrate strong problem-solving ability with quick planning and execution in high-stress situations, high motivation and strong results orientation, good communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong team-working attitude.
