This is a rare opportunity to represent one of the world’s most respected companies while delivering safety, comfort, and exceptional service aboard our business aircraft.
About the Role
As a Flight Attendant with P&G, your primary mission is safety — ensuring every flight is conducted with the highest standards of care, compliance, and professionalism. You’ll also create a refined onboard experience, from coordinating catering and managing galley supplies to presenting meals with elegance and precision. This is a role that blends operational excellence with genuine hospitality, requiring both technical knowledge and personal finesse.
What You’ll Do?
- Oversee all aspects of passenger safety and cabin operations, from preflight checks to post-flight follow-ups
- Prepare and deliver premium inflight service, including meal planning, catering coordination, and presentation
- Maintain a pristine and organized cabin environment, restocking galley supplies and managing onboard inventory
- Liaise with caterers, ground handling crews, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless flight operations
- Stay current with all flight safety procedures, manuals, and operational standards outlined in P&G’s Global Flight Operations Manual
- Take charge in emergency situations, demonstrating leadership and calm under pressure
- Handle commissary and inventory management, including sourcing and tracking supplies and coordinating with the Materials team for replenishment
- Maintain and update aircraft medical kits and safety equipment in compliance with regulations
- Support the introduction and setup of new aircraft interiors, supplies, and onboard systems
- Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance procedures and overall passenger experience
- Troubleshoot and manage onboard connectivity and entertainment systems when required
- Participate in continuous professional training and leadership development programs
Who You Are?
You’re a poised and detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and understands the balance between precision and service. You take initiative, think ahead, and carry yourself with the discretion and confidence expected in corporate aviation.
What You’ll Bring?
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent professional experience)
- Valid U.S. passport and the legal right to work in the U.S.
- Formal corporate flight attendant training (FlightSafety International, FACTS, or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business aviation operations
- Strong background in cabin safety, emergency procedures, and inflight service
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to handle VIP-level service with professionalism and confidentiality
- Willingness to work irregular hours and international schedules
- Physically able to lift up to 60 lbs and manage onboard duties efficiently
- Must reside within two hours of Cincinnati’s Lunken Airport or be open to relocation
Why Join P&G Global Flight Operations?

You’ll be part of a close-knit, highly skilled crew that values teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

This full-time position offers a competitive total rewards package, including:
- Annual salary range: $85,000 – $115,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
- Performance bonuses (where applicable)

- Paid time off and other employee benefits
