    P&G is on the lookout for a Freelance Flight Attendant based in Cincinnati, OH. This role involves serving as a crew member with direct responsibility for cabin safety both on the ground and in-flight. The Flight Attendant will manage all aspects of cabin service, including food and beverage preparation and serving, as well as coordination with caterers and ground handling staff at destination airports. The position also includes maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the aircraft cabin and ensuring the galley and onboard supplies are properly stocked.

    Salary Range: $85,000.00 - $115,000.00 / year.

    Key Responsibilities:

    As a Flight Attendant, you will support, promote, and follow the goals and objectives of P&G Global Flight Operations Safety Management System and security protocols. Your primary responsibility will be the overall safety of the passengers, with secondary duties including passenger service throughout the flight operation. You will perform all duties and maintain high proficiency in the Global Flight Operations Manual, Standard Operational Procedures, FARs, and Operational Specifications. You will take charge in emergency situations or evacuations and provide a high level of onboard customer service, along with a strong working knowledge of safety operations aboard the aircraft. Responsibilities also include shopping for and stocking commissary items, ensuring snack freshness, pre- and post-flight aircraft cleaning and restocking, and adhering to all aspects of the P&G General Operations Manual and recurrent safety training. You will provide feedback on SOPs for continuous improvement, establish standard stock and storage locations in aircraft cabins, manage daily commissary stock, drinks, and bedding supplies for international trips, and liaise with company medical teams and vendors to keep emergency equipment current. You will also collaborate with the management team on outfitting new aircraft, coordinate with the Material Coordinator for ordering supplies, maintain cabin inventory books, handle onboard connectivity systems, and pursue continuous leadership education. Additional duties may arise as needed to support the mission of Global Flight Operations.


    Requirements

    The successful candidate must have a bachelor’s degree, although equivalent experience will be considered. Formal training as a Corporate Flight Attendant from Flight Safety International, FACTS, or an equivalent program is required, along with five years of business aviation operational experience. The candidate must have knowledge of cabin safety and emergency procedures, as well as safe food handling, catering ordering, and preparation. They must be located within Cincinnati, OH, within two hours of Lunken Airport or be willing to relocate. A valid U.S. passport is required. The role demands effective communication skills, strong decision-making ability, and managerial, administrative, and analytical competencies. Above average oral and written communication skills are essential, as is extensive operational experience, typically gained as a flight crew member. The candidate must possess superb knowledge of customer service delivery, demonstrate the ability to work successfully in teams with excellent leadership and motivational skills, and have a take-charge personality in emergency situations. An external focus, the ability to manage long hours, irregular schedules, and jet lag, especially on international flights, is essential. The candidate must be able to lift up to 60 pounds and be capable of working under high-pressure conditions such as in-flight emergencies or VIP service demands.
