International Jet Management is currently looking for qualified candidates for the position of In-Flight Service Personnel (f/m/x), based at Munich – Oberpfaffenhofen Airport. Key Responsibilities:
As an In-flight Service Personnel, you will deliver premium in-flight service and outstanding hospitality for VIP guests, coordinate catering logistics and plan menus tailored to individual passenger preferences, ensure full compliance with safety protocols, maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the aircraft cabin, and oversee stock levels while managing onboard inventory with care and accuracy.
Requirements
The successful candidate must have fluency in English (written and spoken), with proficiency in German considered an advantage. A minimum of one year of business aviation experience is required. The candidate must be discreet, adaptable, team-focused, and able to perform well under pressure. They must be based in the greater Munich area or have quick and reliable access to Oberpfaffenhofen Airport, and hold an unrestricted EU passport that allows them to live, work, and travel freely within the EU.

IJM offers a minimum monthly salary of EUR 3,200 gross under an Austrian contract with 14 annual salaries.
