International Jet Management (IJM) is expanding, and we’re looking for experienced and passionate In-flight Service Professionals to join our team in Munich. What You’ll Do?
As part of our cabin team, you’ll play a central role in creating a seamless travel experience for our VIP passengers. From preparing personalized menus to ensuring the cabin is immaculate, you’ll deliver service at the highest level while upholding all safety standards. Every flight will be different, but your focus will always be on anticipating passenger needs and exceeding expectations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing attentive, premium service to VIP guests throughout each journey
- Planning and coordinating catering to reflect passenger preferences and cultural expectations
- Managing onboard inventory, stock levels, and cabin presentation
- Ensuring strict compliance with aviation safety procedures and company standards
- Representing IJM with professionalism, discretion, and warmth
What We’re Looking For?
We’re seeking cabin crew who are not only skilled but also passionate about delivering exceptional service. To be considered, you should have:
- A base in the Munich region or reliable access to Oberpfaffenhofen Airport
- At least 1 year of business aviation experience
- Excellent English language skills (German is a plus)
- An unrestricted EU passport, allowing you to live, work, and travel freely within Europe
- A discreet, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset, with the ability to perform under pressure
