Clay Lacy Aviation is looking for an experienced and service-driven Cabin Attendant to join our Gulfstream G650 team based in White Plains, New York. About the Role
As a Cabin Attendant with Clay Lacy, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our passengers throughout their journey — ensuring every flight feels seamless, safe, and personalized. From managing the cabin’s presentation to planning bespoke catering, you’ll take ownership of every element of the onboard experience. You’ll also handle cabin organization, inventory management, and maintain close coordination with the flight crew to deliver service that consistently exceeds expectations.
Base & Operation Details:
- Aircraft: Gulfstream G650
- Base: White Plains, NY (KHPN)
- Operation Type: Part 91 (approximately 250+ hours annually)
- Residency: Must live within a two-hour drive of the aircraft base — this is not a commuting or fly-in/fly-out role.
- Compensation: $185,000–$206,000 annually, with fully paid medical and healthcare premiums.
What You’ll Do?
- Deliver exceptional inflight service while upholding the highest safety standards and FAA regulations.
- Understand and anticipate owner and passenger preferences, dietary requirements, and service expectations.
- Plan, source, and prepare catering tailored to each flight — from menu design to presentation.
- Maintain passenger profiles, onboard inventories, and detailed cabin records.
- Organize owner lockers, storage areas, and galley equipment, ensuring everything is stocked, labeled, and in top condition.
- Conduct preflight cabin checks, ensuring the aircraft is spotless and perfectly presented before every departure.
- Identify and report cabin maintenance or wear issues, coordinating with the PIC and support teams for resolution.
- Set up the aircraft for showings and special flights, representing Clay Lacy’s high aesthetic and professional standards.
- Adjust to dynamic schedules and maintain constant communication with the In-Flight Services department.
- Safely manage aircraft supplies during maintenance or extended layovers.
Travel & Schedule
You’ll travel both domestically and internationally, with overnight stays required. Flexibility is key — this position follows the owner’s schedule, which may include weekends and holidays.
What We’re Looking For?
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Cabin Attendant on large-cabin aircraft under Part 91 and/or 135 operations
- Proven ability to deliver elevated, guest-focused service in luxury or corporate aviation settings
- Valid passport, driver’s license, and Food Handler Certification
- Current Emergency Training certification (completed within the last 12 months), including CPR and First Aid
- Able to pass all pre-employment background and drug screening requirements
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills — with a calm, polished presence under pressure
- Must be available for flexible scheduling and extended travel
