Join Air Arabia as Cabin Crew – Morocco!

If you're passionate about hospitality, confident in the sky, and eager to represent one of the region's most recognized low-cost carriers, Air Arabia is welcoming new Cabin Crew members in Morocco. This is your chance to become the airline's frontline ambassador—someone who brings warmth, professionalism, and reassurance to every customer interaction, all while maintaining a strong focus on safety and operational excellence.

What This Role Is All About?

As part of Air Arabia's cabin team, you'll play a central role in shaping the travel experience from the moment passengers board until the aircraft lands. Your mission is to deliver friendly, consistent service while safeguarding the well-being of everyone onboard. From ensuring passengers understand safety procedures to assisting families, first-time flyers, or anyone needing extra attention, you'll help create a pleasant and memorable journey on every flight.

You'll also be responsible for staying fully fit to fly—following company standards on grooming, punctuality, and readiness for duty. Prior to each flight, you'll take part in the crew briefing, review the flight's specifics, clarify responsibilities, and coordinate with the Cabin Supervisor to ensure a smooth operation.

    Your Role In the Air

Throughout the flight, you'll support passengers with professionalism and patience, whether it's managing pre-booked services, addressing requests, or helping those who may feel stressed or unwell. A key part of the job involves instructing customers on safety measures, offering first aid when required, and reporting any irregularities promptly to the Cabin Supervisor or Captain, ensuring compliance with aviation procedures at all times.

You'll also contribute to onboard sales—promoting meals, duty-free products, and charity initiatives—while handling payments and donations securely and accurately. Air Arabia encourages an energetic, proactive approach to meeting both personal and team targets.

    Behind-the-Scenes Responsibilities

Before every departure, you'll carry out essential cabin checks: confirming catering supplies, verifying emergency equipment, and ensuring the cabin is ready for boarding. During stopovers, you'll assist in monitoring cleaning, restocking, and handovers with catering or maintenance teams. After landing, you'll help close the flight cycle by completing required reports, sharing feedback, and maintaining the professionalism that supports continuous improvement.

You may occasionally be assigned the responsibilities of Cabin Supervisor, demonstrating leadership, maturity, and accountability. To stay sharp in your role, you'll attend recurrent training sessions, safety refreshers, and workshops that keep your knowledge current and your license valid.

    What You Need to Bring?

To excel in this position, you'll need a solid combination of professionalism, situational awareness, and genuine passion for customer care. Air Arabia encourages applicants who bring energy, initiative, and teamwork, whether you're fresh out of school or already experienced in aviation or hospitality. A commitment to ongoing learning is key—you'll attend recurrent safety and emergency training to keep your skills sharp and your license up to date.

What Helps You Thrive in This Role?

While most of the job is centered around safety, service, and teamwork, your profile should ideally include:

    • A Higher Secondary Certificate or diploma (travel or tourism studies are a plus)
    • Fluency in English and French; additional languages are an advantage
    • Basic Microsoft Office skills
    • Previous cabin crew, aviation, or hospitality experience is beneficial but not mandatory
    • Flexibility to work varied hours with changing rosters
    • Training in first aid or emergency procedures
    • Good health, high fitness levels, and readiness to fly
    • A friendly, polished appearance and a consistently positive attitude
    • Strong communication abilities and confidence in dealing with diverse passengers
    • The ability to manage challenging situations professionally and protect the airline's image
    • Good time management, problem-solving skills, and comfort with shifting schedules
