Become an Ambassador of the Sky with Air Arabia Maroc!

Do you have a natural warmth, a calm head under pressure, and a genuine desire to make people feel welcome? Air Arabia Maroc is looking for friendly, professional, and service-driven individuals to join our Cabin Crew team. This is your opportunity to become the face of one of the region's most respected airlines, turning every flight into a positive experience for our passengers while building an exciting career in aviation.

Based in Morocco, you'll represent our brand across a growing network of destinations. Whether it's a passenger's first flight or their hundredth, you'll be the person who makes them feel safe, valued, and well-cared for—from boarding to touchdown.

    What You'll Be Doing?

Your role goes far beyond serving meals and demonstrating safety procedures. You are the airline's ambassador in the cabin, and your energy and professionalism shape how our customers remember their journey with us.

Safety and Order on Every Flight

Before takeoff, you'll ensure you're well-rested, properly groomed, and fully briefed on flight details, crew roles, and security protocols. During the flight, you'll guide passengers through safety procedures with clarity and reassurance. You'll stay alert to any irregularities, work closely with the Cabin Supervisor to address risks, and provide first aid if needed. Any malfunctions or concerns are communicated promptly to the flight crew or captain.

    Genuine Customer Care

From welcoming passengers at the door to assisting with boarding formalities, your presence sets the tone. You'll attend to individual needs, pre-booked requests, and offer extra support to anyone feeling stressed or unwell—following the airline's established guidelines for compassion and professionalism. Every passenger should feel seen, heard, and respected.

    Onboard Sales and Contributions

You'll also play a role in our onboard retail and charity initiatives. By promoting meals, duty-free products, and our "Charity Cloud" program with a natural, helpful approach, you'll help meet team targets while enhancing the passenger experience. You'll handle cash and credit card payments securely and accurately.

    Checks, Reports, and Teamwork

Before departure, you'll inspect emergency equipment, catering supplies, and other essentials, reporting any shortages to the Cabin Supervisor or captain. During transit stops, you'll help ensure the cabin is thoroughly cleaned and restocked. After landing, you'll participate in post-flight briefings, provide honest feedback, and complete required reports—including sealing duty-free containers. When designated by the captain, you may step into the Cabin Supervisor role.

    Staying Current and Growing

To keep your license active and your skills sharp, you'll attend recurrent training sessions, emergency procedure workshops, and other educational programs. You'll also work toward individual and team sales targets, contributing to the airline's success while growing your own capabilities.

    What We're Looking For?

We welcome applicants who may be new to aviation as well as those with experience. Here's what you'll need to be considered:

    Education and Certifications:

    • A Higher Secondary Certificate or diploma is acceptable; a diploma in Travel or Tourism is a plus.
    • Training in First Aid, Safety, and Emergency Procedures is an added advantage.

    Personal Qualities:

    • Friendly, presentable, and able to maintain a cheerful, positive attitude even under stress.
    • Genuinely customer-service oriented, with the ability to understand and respond to passenger needs.
    • Capable of handling difficult situations and upset customers without compromising the airline's image.
    • Focused and observant, able to spot irregularities and respond to threats or emergencies with efficiency.
    • Proactive, self-motivated, and a strong team player.
    • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.

    Language and Technical Skills:

    • Fluent in both English and French (written and spoken).
    • Additional languages are a plus depending on Air Arabia's network needs.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

    Work Experience and Flexibility:

    • Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply—this role is a fantastic starting point.
    • Previous experience as cabin crew or in a customer service role within aviation, airlines, or hospitality is an added value.
    • An active cabin crew license is an advantage.
    • You must be fit to fly, with good general health and no serious medical conditions.
    • Comfortable working shift patterns, extended hours, and adapting to frequent changes and busy schedules.
    • Able to contribute to team goals and deliver against KPIs and company policies.
