Your Role: Where Safety Meets Heartfelt Service
As a member of our cabin crew, you are much more than a flight attendant—you are Air Arabia's ambassador. From the moment passengers step on board to their final farewell, you are responsible for their well-being, comfort, and overall impression of our airline. You will work alongside a supportive team, guided by clear procedures, while having the autonomy to make each passenger feel seen and valued.
Your day-to-day responsibilities are diverse and rewarding, including:
- Pre-flight preparation: Arriving ready and polished for every shift, attending briefings, and reviewing flight details, roles, and security protocols with your team.
- Safety first: Instructing passengers on safety procedures, identifying potential risks, administering first aid when needed, and promptly reporting any irregularities to your Cabin Supervisor or Captain.
- Genuine customer care: Welcoming passengers warmly, assisting with boarding, attending to individual requests and pre-bookings, and helping those who may be anxious or need extra support.
- Onboard sales with a smile: Promoting our meals, duty-free products, and Charity Cloud program in a natural, consultative way—contributing to team sales targets while ensuring secure handling of all transactions.
- Cabin readiness: Conducting pre-flight checks to confirm sufficient supplies and functioning equipment, coordinating with catering and cleaning teams at transit stations, and ensuring a seamless handover.
- Reporting and growth: Participating in post-flight briefings, providing constructive feedback, and continuously sharpening your skills through recurrent trainings and emergency procedure workshops.
What We're Looking For?
We believe great cabin crew are made, not born—so while experience is welcome, we also encourage fresh graduates who have the right attitude to apply. Here's what you'll need:
Essential Requirements:
- Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate (a qualification in Travel/Tourism is a plus)
- Fit to fly with good general health and no serious medical conditions
- A polished, presentable appearance and a naturally friendly, cheerful disposition
- Strong customer service instincts—you genuinely enjoy helping people
- Ability to remain composed and professional when handling difficult situations or upset passengers
- Sharp focus and sound judgment, especially during emergencies or irregular operations
- Self-motivation and a proactive mindset; you don't wait to be told what needs doing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid time management and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Fluent in both English and French (additional languages are a valued advantage)
- Flexibility to work shift patterns, extended hours, and adapt to changing schedules
- A commitment to delivering against policies, procedures, and performance targets
