Requirements
You’re approachable, energetic, and thrive in diverse, team-focused environments. You have a natural ability to make others feel comfortable and safe, and you’re ready to take on a new adventure where no two days are the same. To qualify, candidates must meet the following:
You speak fluent English and are comfortable communicating with Guests from all backgrounds—additional languages are a plus. Your height is at least 160 cm, and your arm reach is at least 212 cm—allowing you to operate cabin equipment with ease. You must be at least 21 years of age and a confident swimmer capable of using a flotation device. A clean, professional image is essential—no visible tattoos or piercings are allowed while in uniform. You must meet Saudi employment visa eligibility and be open to relocating to Riyadh. A high school certificate or higher is required, along with a minimum of one year in a customer-facing or hospitality role. You bring a warm, guest-focused attitude and a high regard for inflight safety and care.
