Join ABS Jets Cabin Crew in Prague!
Do you love the idea of seeing Europe from above, representing Czech hospitality, and delivering exceptional service to private jet passengers? At ABS Jets, we’re looking for professional and personable Cabin Crew members to join our team in Prague. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in the world of business aviation—where precision, care, and individuality define every flight.
About the Role
As a Cabin Crew member on our Cessna aircraft, you’ll play a key role in creating a comfortable, safe, and memorable experience for our clients. From preflight preparations to personalized inflight service, you’ll ensure each journey runs seamlessly. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in presentation, enjoys variety, and appreciates the close-knit environment of private aviation.
What You’ll Be Doing?
- Preparing the cabin before each flight and ensuring all details meet our exacting standards
- Providing attentive, discreet service to passengers across the Czech Republic and Europe
- Coordinating catering, arranging refreshments, and serving meals and beverages onboard
- Communicating calmly and professionally with guests and colleagues
- Assisting with cabin safety and maintaining a spotless environment throughout each trip
- Working flexibly according to client schedules rather than fixed airline rosters
What We’re Looking For?
- Completed secondary education or vocational training with a diploma
- Fluent Czech and advanced English (both spoken and written)
- A polished, well-groomed, and professional appearance
- A calm, courteous communication style and genuine hospitality mindset
- Experience flying on Cessna aircraft is a plus
- Knowledge of gastronomy and an eye for presentation when preparing and serving food
- Maximum height of 169 cm (due to aircraft cabin limitations)
- Time flexibility to accommodate dynamic flight schedules
- Cabin Crew Attestation is an advantage—but not essential. We’ll arrange professional training if needed.
Why Join ABS Jets?
You’ll be part of a respected and growing company within the exclusive world of business aviation. We offer long-term stability, personal growth, and an inspiring work environment where excellence is recognized and rewarded.
What We Offer?
- Meaningful, stable employment in a prestigious aviation setting
- Regular professional training and ongoing development
- 7,000+ Cafeteria points annually for personal use
- Contributions toward clothing, cosmetics, and wellness services
- Employer-supported pension or life insurance plans
- Exclusive discounts on travel, electronics, and fashion brands (including Samsonite and Blažek)
- Reduced mobile tariffs with O2 and T-Mobile for you and your family
- Multisport card options for health and leisure activities
- English language courses for continuous improvement
- 4 paid sick days and 20 vacation days annually
- A supportive, people-first culture with team events and recognition programs
Start Date
January 1, 2026 (or by mutual agreement)
Interviews for this role will take place in mid-November 2025. If you’re passionate about aviation, attentive to detail, and ready to represent Czech hospitality at 40,000 feet—this could be your next adventure.
