In this role, you are much more than a crew member; you are a key ambassador for the ABS Jets brand. You will ensure that every flight within the Czech Republic and across Europe is characterized by impeccable comfort, meticulous attention to detail, and warm, anticipatory service. Your work directly shapes the private travel experience, turning journeys into seamless, enjoyable moments for our clients. What You'll Bring to Our Cabin?
To thrive in this intimate and dynamic environment, you should possess:
- A completed secondary school or vocational education.
- Language Skills: Excellent, native-level proficiency in Czech and advanced conversational skills in English are essential for communicating with clients and international crews.
- Professional Demeanor: A calm, courteous, and warm communication style, paired with a consistently professional and representative appearance.
- Practical Attributes: A body height not exceeding 169 cm, due to the cabin dimensions of our aircraft.
- Service Passion: A careful, thoughtful approach and a good foundational knowledge of gastronomy for the elegant preparation and service of refreshments onboard.
- Flexibility: The ability to adapt to the variable schedules of private aviation, as flights are arranged according to client needs, not a fixed timetable.
Considered a Strong Advantage:
- Prior experience flying on Cessna aircraft models.
- An existing cabin crew certification (though not required, as we will provide full professional training for the right candidate).
