Wynn Resorts is seeking a poised, experienced, and service-driven Cabin Attendant to join our elite aviation team based in Las Vegas, NV. This is not your typical flight attendant role. As a direct ambassador for the Wynn brand, you will deliver five-star, white-glove service aboard private flights supporting our Executive Team and VIP Guests—often at the request of the CEO or our Marketing Teams. What You'll Be Doing On and Off the Runway?
Your work will go far beyond the cabin door. From pre-flight planning to post-flight reset, you are the person ensuring every detail reflects the Wynn standard of excellence. Safety is always first, followed closely by an intuitive, anticipatory service style that makes every guest feel both cared for and respected.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Maintaining an unwavering commitment to safety while staying calm and capable in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
- Handling all aspects of inflight hospitality—from catering coordination and aircraft preparation to gracious food and beverage service.
- Respecting the privacy and confidentiality of every aviation guest, understanding that discretion is non-negotiable.
- Performing thorough post-flight duties including cleaning, restocking, and preparing the aircraft for its next journey.
- Staying alert and responsive to the varying needs of guests and crew alike, adapting gracefully as situations evolve.
What We're Looking For?
This role calls for someone who already knows how to deliver luxury service—whether in the air or in a world-class resort setting. You are polished, composed under pressure, and genuinely attentive to others.
To qualify, you must have:
- A minimum of 21 years of age.
- A valid US Passport and the ability to travel freely both domestically and internationally.
- A high school diploma (or equivalent).
- Current residency in or confirmed willingness to relocate to the Las Vegas area. Please note this is not a remote position, and commuting from outside the region is not practical given the nature of flight schedules.
- At least three years of experience as a flight attendant or in a comparable VIP service role—think luxury resort, private membership club, or high-end corporate hospitality.
- Superior interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills that shine in close quarters with discerning travelers.
- An impeccable personal appearance and a polished, professional demeanor at all times.
- The ability to work well under pressure and adapt quickly to changing flight schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
