Your Role at K5 Aviation
As a VIP Cabin Crew Member, you’ll be entrusted with more than safety and service—you’ll be creating unforgettable travel moments. From preparing luxury cabins and planning bespoke catering, to welcoming guests with warmth and discretion, every detail you manage will reflect the exclusivity of our brand. You’ll accompany our international clientele on worldwide flights, ensuring their comfort and privacy while upholding the highest safety and service standards.
What You’ll Be Doing?
- Preparing and overseeing all aspects of VVIP flights—from planning through to post-flight follow-up
- Providing discreet, personalized service before, during, and after the journey
- Managing fine dining experiences on board, including gourmet catering and premium beverage service
- Ordering, organizing, and maintaining cabin stock tailored to passenger preferences
- Ensuring safety compliance at all times, while working seamlessly with flight operations, handling teams, and ground staff
- Maintaining meticulous standards in cabin appearance, presentation, and onboard equipment
What We’re Looking For?
- Excellent command of German and/or English (additional languages are an advantage)
- A high degree of discretion, resilience, and responsibility
- A polished, professional appearance and the confidence to remain calm under pressure
- Flexibility and readiness to travel worldwide, often on short notice
- Strong hosting skills and the ability to anticipate the needs of international, high-profile guests
- A background in premium hospitality, luxury gastronomy, or high-end service environments
- A valid Cabin Crew Attestation and proven experience as a flight attendant (VIP, Business Class, or First Class experience is highly valued)
- An EU passport with unrestricted travel rights
- Willingness to relocate to Germany, with bases available in Munich, Düsseldorf, Stuttgart, Berlin, or Hamburg
