We're looking for a detail-oriented, service-minded Catering Services Employee to join our team in Stuttgart. If you have a background in upscale gastronomy or premium cabin service, and you love the precision of planning as much as the art of presentation, this role offers a unique way to stay connected to the world of luxury aviation.
What You'll Be Doing?
This is not a typical catering role. You'll be responsible for curating and coordinating inflight dining experiences for worldwide charter flights, each one tailored to the specific requirements and wishes of discerning customers. Your day-to-day will include:
- Ordering catering for flights around the globe, always aligned with our catering concept and the unique preferences of each client
- Independently creating thoughtful, appealing menu suggestions that match the tone and standard of each journey
- Continuously monitoring daily flights for any changes in flight times, passenger numbers, or routing—and adjusting catering orders accordingly
- Maintaining close communication with flight crews to ensure seamless handling of every catering order, from request to delivery
- Performing ongoing quality assurance checks on products, ensuring every item meets our established standards before it goes onboard
- Analyzing crew experience reports and using those insights to refine and improve future catering decisions
- Controlling costs by selecting suitable service providers and keeping meticulous documentation of all order lists
What You Bring to the Table?
We're looking for someone who combines precision with personality. The ideal candidate has:
- Experience in upscale gastronomy, fine dining, or as a flight attendant in Business or First Class (this is highly desirable)
- Solid, confident handling of MS Office applications
- A strong sense of personal responsibility, balanced with genuine team orientation and a service-first mindset
- Resilience and flexibility—because aviation rarely follows a perfect schedule
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays, and to be on call when needed
- Good German and English skills, both spoken and written (you'll be communicating with crews and suppliers in both languages)
- A Class B driving licence (preferred, but not essential)
