DC Aviation is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented catering professional to join our dynamic team in Stuttgart. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering first-class inflight dining experiences for our international clientele, ensuring every order meets the highest standards of quality and personalization.
Key Responsibilities:
As part of our catering team, you’ll be responsible for managing and coordinating food and beverage services for our global flights. This includes preparing tailored menu proposals, keeping track of changing flight schedules, and ensuring all customer preferences are met. You’ll stay in close contact with our crew to ensure seamless delivery and execution. Additionally, you’ll monitor supplier quality, manage order documentation, and help control costs by selecting the most suitable vendors.
Requirements
We’re looking for someone with a background in upscale gastronomy or experience as a Business or First Class flight attendant. You should be confident using MS Office, possess a strong sense of responsibility, and thrive both independently and as part of a team. Flexibility, especially when it comes to weekend and holiday shifts or short-notice calls, is essential.
- Previous experience in fine dining or luxury inflight service is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills in both German and English
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Class B driver’s license
- Ability to work under pressure, with a customer-first mindset
- Availability for shift work, including weekends and holidays
