Join the Breeze Team as a Part-Time Flight Attendant in Vero Beach!
Location: Vero Beach, Florida (must live within a two-hour drive of Vero Beach Regional Airport)
Have you ever wanted a career that feels less like work and more like being part of a genuinely kind and capable team? Breeze Airways is looking for part-time Flight Attendants to join us in beautiful Vero Beach, Florida. If you're the type of person who stays calm when things get busy, leads with kindness, and believes that a positive attitude can change someone's entire day, you might be exactly who we're looking for.
At Breeze, we take our five core values seriously: Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence. Our Flight Attendants aren't just crew members—they're the face of our airline, the problem-solvers in the aisle, and the reassuring presence that makes every Guest feel welcome and cared for. And yes, we really do expect you to just be... nice.
What You'll Be Doing Day to Day?
Your role goes far beyond serving drinks (though you'll do that too). You'll be the person Guests turn to for help, answers, and reassurance from the moment they step onboard. Here's a look at what that involves:
- Welcoming each Guest warmly, helping with seating, luggage, coats, or any questions they might have—and staying available throughout the flight for whatever comes up.
- Keeping a positive, empathetic attitude even when things get stressful. Our Guests should always feel valued, never rushed or overlooked.
- Making safety your number one priority—for both Guests and your fellow Team Members.
- Staying cool under pressure and handling high-stress situations with grace and good judgement.
- Communicating openly, collaborating, and treating every Team Member with respect. We perform best when we work together.
- Moving through the cabin regularly so you're approachable and able to spot needs before Guests have to ask.
- Staying flexible because schedules change. Weather, operations, and unexpected delays are part of aviation, and we need team members who roll with it.
- Keeping current on FAA regulations, company procedures, and all training requirements.
- Taking personal responsibility seriously—be punctual, proactive, and ready to go.
- Looking the part with professional appearance and etiquette, both onboard and off.
- Jumping in to help other departments when needed—we're a team, after all.
- Using and explaining Breeze's inflight technology comfortably and clearly.
- Preparing and serving meals, snacks, and beverages (alcohol included) while maintaining the highest hygiene standards.
- Keeping the cabin clean and the galley organized, even in tight quarters.
- Providing clear instruction on emergency and evacuation procedures when needed.
- Administering first aid and medical care in an emergency, while managing your own emotions and reactions under high stress.
- Conducting security screenings and completing Autism Awareness Training.
- Meeting performance measures and living the Breeze values every single shift.
