    As a Cabin Crew Trainee, you will be the cornerstone of our inflight experience. This role goes beyond service—it is about embodying our core values of safety, reliability, kindness, simplicity, and accountability every single day. Your training will prepare you to be a proactive guardian and a gracious host, capable of turning routine travel into exceptional experiences.


    Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

    • Meticulously following all procedures outlined in the Cabin Crew Manual, from pre-flight briefings and documentation checks to maintaining impeccable personal grooming and uniform standards.
    • Executing inflight service and operational protocols with confidence, ensuring seamless service under normal conditions and calm, decisive action during contingencies or emergencies.
    • Providing safe, empathetic, and solution-oriented service that not only meets but anticipates passenger needs, fostering loyalty and creating truly memorable travel experiences.
    • Actively identifying and reporting any findings, non-conformities, or opportunities for improvement in safety, service, or operational processes through established company channels.
    • Supporting the Purser/Cabin Chief by promptly reporting any cabin maintenance issues, incidents, or notable events to ensure accurate logging and the smooth continuation of operations.
    • Conducting onboard sales activities in accordance with company procedures and brand standards.

    Mandatory Application Requirements

    To be considered for the Cabin Crew Trainee program, your application must include the following documents compiled into a single PDF file. Incomplete applications will not be processed.

    • An updated, professional résumé.
    • A copy of your National ID card (Cédula de Ciudadanía).
    • A valid International Certificate of Vaccination for yellow fever.
    • A current and valid medical certificate.
    • A passport with a validity exceeding 12 months.
    • An active Cabin Crew license.
    • A swimming certificate issued by the Red Cross or the national swimming federation.
    • A valid U.S. visa is considered a strong advantage.
