About the Program
Our Cabin Crew in Training program prepares future Avianca flight attendants to deliver safety, service, and warmth in every flight. You’ll learn everything from aviation safety and onboard operations to customer care and crisis management—all while growing into a confident ambassador of our brand.
By joining us, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring that every Avianca flight runs smoothly, safely, and with the signature friendliness our passengers love.
What You’ll Be Doing?
- Apply the procedures outlined in the Cabin Crew Manual, including attending briefings, reviewing updates and circulars, and keeping all documentation current.
- Follow all safety, regulatory, and service procedures during each flight, ensuring the highest levels of safety and comfort.
- Make sound decisions in normal, irregular, and emergency situations, always prioritizing passenger well-being.
- Support onboard service delivery to create memorable experiences and strengthen passenger loyalty.
- Report discrepancies, incidents, or safety findings promptly through the proper channels, keeping communication clear and professional.
- Assist with onboard sales and ensure accurate handling of related procedures.
- Maintain impeccable personal presentation and uphold Avianca’s service values at all times.
