Who We’re Looking For:
We’re opening opportunities in several areas of passenger service, including:
- Cabin Crew Apprentice – supporting our inflight teams and learning the essentials of passenger safety and comfort
- Inflight Service Assistant – assisting with onboard hospitality and ensuring an exceptional travel experience
- Passenger Service Assistant – working at the airport to support check-in, boarding, and ground services
What You’ll Need to Bring Onboard:
- Enrollment in a relevant academic program or recent graduate status
- A passion for aviation, service, and people
- English level B1 or higher (additional languages are always a plus)
- A commitment to teamwork, professionalism, and delivering the Avianca standard of care
