What You'll Be Doing Day to Day?
As part of our small but mighty cabin crew team, you'll be the welcoming face passengers remember long after their flight lands. Your role blends safety leadership with genuine hospitality—every single flight.

What We're Looking For?
Safety and service aren't just checkboxes for us—they need to be part of who you are. You'll need excellent time management skills, the ability to think on your feet, and a natural ease when working with people from all walks of life. Staying calm under pressure and bouncing back from unexpected challenges—including medical emergencies—is absolutely essential.
To be considered, you'll also need to meet these requirements:
- A current Senior First Aid Certificate with CPR and at least 12 months of validity remaining
- The ability to swim 50 metres unaided while fully clothed, plus tread water for 3 minutes without assistance
- A height between 163cm and 183cm
- At least 18 years of age
- A strong commitment to high grooming and personal presentation standards
- The ability to successfully complete a pre-employment health assessment, including drug and alcohol screening
- Availability to attend Ground School in Perth
- The ability to obtain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)
- A current motor vehicle driver's license
- A high level of written and spoken English (Language Proficiency Level 6)
- A valid passport with at least 18 months remaining before expiry
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency, or citizenship of New Zealand

Important to Note
Successful candidates must be available to complete their initial training in Perth before relocating to or settling into the Broome base.
