About the Role
As a Cabin Crew member with Nexus Airlines, you’ll be more than just the face of our company—you’ll be part of creating safe, memorable, and welcoming journeys for every passenger. You’ll work closely with a small, supportive team where safety, professionalism, and customer care go hand in hand.
From ensuring cabin safety and delivering exceptional service to assisting passengers from diverse backgrounds, your role is vital in making every flight a positive experience. You’ll also represent the spirit of regional Western Australia, welcoming locals and visitors alike with warmth and respect.

What We’re Looking For?
Safety and service are at the heart of who you are. You’ll need excellent people skills, quick decision-making ability, and resilience in high-pressure moments. To be successful, you must also meet the following requirements:
- Minimum age of 18
- High level of written and spoken English (ICAO Level 6)
- Senior First Aid Certificate with CPR (valid for at least 12 months)
- Ability to swim 50m unaided and tread water for 3 minutes, fully clothed
- Height between 163cm and 183cm
- Valid Australian or New Zealand passport (18+ months validity)
- Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or New Zealand citizenship
- Valid driver’s licence
- Clear pre-employment medical, drug, and alcohol screening
- Ability to obtain an ASIC (Aviation Security Identification Card)
- Availability to attend Ground School in Perth, commencing 6 October 2025
