What You’ll Do
As a member of our cabin crew, you’ll be at the very heart of the passenger experience. From the moment travelers step on board, you’ll ensure they feel welcomed, safe, and cared for throughout their journey. Your responsibilities will range from safety demonstrations and emergency readiness to delivering inflight meals and assisting passengers with genuine care. You’ll also play a critical role in handling any onboard situations with professionalism—whether it’s first aid, comfort assistance, or emergency support.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Attending pre-flight briefings and preparing the cabin for departure
- Greeting and assisting passengers with seating and hand luggage
- Performing safety checks and conducting demonstrations before takeoff
- Ensuring seatbelts, galleys, and equipment are properly secured
- Serving meals, clearing trays, and distributing required documents such as landing cards
- Administering first aid and managing emergency procedures when required
- Providing attentive service that reflects our standards of care and hospitality
What We’re Looking For?
- Age: 18–27 years for freshers; up to 35 years for experienced cabin crew
- Education:
- Minimum HSC or equivalent with GPA 3.00/5.00 in both SSC & HSC (no third division accepted)
- Diploma holders must have a CGPA of at least 2.80/4.00
- O’ Level: Maximum 5 subjects with average grade ‘D’
- A’ Level: Maximum 2 subjects with average grade ‘D’
- Graduation is preferred (GED is not accepted)
- Must be fluent in Bengali and English; additional languages are a plus
- Swimming skills preferred (mandatory to learn during training if not already proficient)
- Positive attitude, professional bearing, and excellent communication skills
- Must be willing to relocate near Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport (Uttara, Nikunja, or nearby areas)
Physical Requirements:
- Height: Minimum 168 cm (Male), 161 cm (Female)
- Arm reach: 212 cm on tiptoes
- Weight: Proportionate to height (Male BMI: 18–25, Female BMI: 18–22, exceptions up to 25 may apply)
- Vision: 6/6 with or without correction (no color blindness)
- Appearance: Neat, professional, and no visible tattoos or marks
