What You’ll Be Doing
Your role will be as dynamic as the destinations we serve. On every flight, you’ll work under the guidance of the Pilot in Command to keep our guests safe, comfortable, and cared for from takeoff to landing. You’ll be conducting safety briefings, assisting passengers with their needs, performing pre-flight inspections of equipment and catering stores, and ensuring every detail in the cabin meets AirAsia’s high standards. In the event of an emergency, you’ll act swiftly and calmly, applying your training to handle the situation with confidence. Between flights, you’ll complete reports, maintain documentation, and represent the airline’s values wherever you go.
What We’re Looking For
We want team players who radiate positivity, professionalism, and genuine care. You should be approachable, humble, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Safety awareness and sound decision-making are essential, along with the ability to remain poised under pressure. Physical requirements include a minimum height of 160 cm for females and 170 cm for males, a healthy BMI (18.5–22 for females; 18.5–23 for males), a clear complexion, and no visible tattoos in uniform. Your smile will be your greatest accessory, but we also expect a high standard of grooming and presentation.
