Your Core Mission: Guardian of Safety and Hospitality!
As the face of AirAsia in the cabin, your role is beautifully dual-natured. Your primary and most critical responsibility is the safety and security of our aircraft and our valued guests. Working under the authority of the Pilot in Command, you are our first line of assurance, trained to handle any situation with calm and competence. Alongside this vital duty, you are the ambassador of our guest experience, ensuring every interaction is helpful, warm, and memorable.
A Day in Your Life as an Allstar Will Involve:
- Serving as the crucial link between the flight deck and our guests, ensuring clear communication and optimum comfort throughout the journey.
- Conducting thorough pre-flight safety and security checks of the cabin, galley, and all equipment as prescribed in our detailed operating manuals.
- Ensuring all guests receive a complete and clear safety briefing before every departure.
- Maintaining an impeccable working knowledge of all emergency procedures and drills, ready to act decisively and lead guests confidently if needed.
- Properly securing all galley equipment, catering, and loose items for a safe taxi, take-off, and landing.
- Completing all necessary post-flight reports, including logging any cabin defects, and fulfilling customs and immigration formalities.
- Upholding the highest standards of personal and professional conduct, recognizing that you represent AirAsia wherever you go.
