Requirements
- Must be a Filipino citizen currently based in the Philippines
- At least Senior High School graduate (Grade 12)
- Proficiency in both Filipino and English
- No prior cabin crew experience? You’re welcome to apply!
- Preferably with previous cabin crew experience—A320, A321, or A330 qualified
- Minimum height: 5’3” for females and 5’7” for males, with an arm reach of at least 210 cm
- Physically fit, mentally prepared, and ready for rigorous training
- A customer-first mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and the confidence to handle challenges in the air
- Willingness to be assigned outside of Manila when needed
