As a Cabin Crew member, you’ll be more than just the face of Riyadh Air — you’ll be a trusted ambassador of Saudi hospitality, ensuring safety, comfort, and unforgettable experiences for every guest on board. What to Expect in the Role
No two days are ever the same. From providing inflight care to ensuring safety protocols are followed, you’ll balance elegance with responsibility at 40,000 feet. You’ll receive world-class training in Riyadh to prepare you for any situation, ensuring you can confidently support passengers while delivering service that goes beyond expectations. And with Riyadh as your new home base, you’ll have the opportunity to explore the world while representing one of aviation’s most exciting new airlines.
Who We’re Looking For?
We want individuals who are enthusiastic, adaptable, and passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences. To join our Cabin Crew, you should:
- Be 21 years of age or older.
- Hold at least a high school diploma (or higher).
- Be fluent in English (additional languages are a strong plus).
- Have at least one year of experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar role.
- Stand at least 160 cm tall with a minimum arm reach of 212 cm.
- Be confident in water and able to swim with a flotation device.
- Present a polished, professional appearance with no visible tattoos or piercings in uniform.
- Meet Saudi employment visa requirements and be open to relocating to Riyadh.
