What You'll Be Doing?
- Crafting truly personalized, high-quality service experiences for VIP clients, adapting to their preferences and expectations.
- Ensuring the safety and security of every passenger throughout the flight, maintaining the highest safety standards at all times.
- Welcoming passengers with warmth during boarding, assisting with disembarkation, and responding gracefully to any special requests.
- Delivering exceptional in-flight services, from gourmet meal and beverage presentation to amenity distribution and entertainment assistance.
- Keeping the cabin environment pristine, organized, and inviting for every leg of the journey.
- Collaborating seamlessly with the flight crew to ensure smooth, coordinated operations and a consistently excellent customer experience.
What You Bring to the Role?
We are looking for a seasoned professional who embodies both competence and character. To succeed in this position, you should have:
- Prior experience as a Cabin Crew member, ideally within a VIP or luxury aviation environment.
- Proven hands-on experience in VVIP service, with a deep understanding of the discretion and attention to detail it requires.
- Mandatory residence in India, with a home base in New Delhi.
- Hands-on experience operating on Global 6500 or Global 7500 aircraft.
- A refined expertise in wine and mixology—you understand the art of pairing and presentation.
- Excellent customer service instincts, strong interpersonal skills, and clear, professional communication.
- An energetic, empathetic, and humble personality—someone who approaches every interaction with a positive, professional attitude and genuine warmth.
