The Role: Curating the Ultimate Private Flight Experience
In this role, you will be the central figure in delivering seamless, five-star service aboard a large-cabin Gulfstream G650ER. Your responsibilities extend far beyond traditional service, encompassing full cabin management, safety leadership, and creating a bespoke environment for every journey. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy and a long-term commitment to excellence, ensuring each flight reflects the utmost standards of safety, discretion, and comfort.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Providing unparalleled service while ensuring the complete safety and well-being of all passengers throughout the flight.
- Managing all aspects of the cabin and galley, including pre-flight provisioning, in-flight service, and post-flight preparation to ensure the aircraft is perpetually "trip-ready."
- Applying your advanced culinary skills to prepare, present, and serve meals that meet the highest standards of fine dining at altitude.
- Conducting safety briefings, securing the cabin, and being prepared to lead and reassure passengers in any situation, including emergencies or turbulence.
- Handling all related logistics, from shopping for specific client requests to completing detailed flight paperwork and operating advanced cabin management systems.
The Ideal Candidate Brings
We are looking for a seasoned professional whose experience is matched by their passion for service and hospitality.
Essential Experience & Skills:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Corporate Flight Attendant, with large-cabin private jet experience strongly preferred.
- Formal culinary training and a genuine passion for food, wine, and presentation are critical.
- Proven background in high-end customer service; formal hospitality training is a significant advantage.
- Current First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications, with a strong knowledge of FAA regulations.
- Completion of flight attendant training from FlightSafety, FACTs, or an equivalent program within the last 12 months is highly preferred.
- Technological proficiency and comfort with modern devices and aircraft cabin systems.
- Impeccable attention to detail, outstanding interpersonal skills, and a patient, flexible disposition.
Physical & Logistical Requirements:
- Ability to work a constantly changing schedule, including short-notice trips (2-3 hour callback) and potential deployments of up to 16 days.
- Unrestricted worldwide travel eligibility.
- Physical capability to perform all duties, including standing for extended periods, lifting supplies up to 30 lbs, and operating a cabin door weighing up to 130 lbs.
- Clear vision (correctable to 20/20) and hearing to ensure effective communication and safety compliance.
- A Degree, foreign language fluency, and prior recurrent training are valued assets.
