Elevate the Guest Experience: Gulfstream G650ER Flight Attendant in Palm Beach!

Solairus Aviation is seeking an exceptional, detail-oriented Flight Attendant to join a prestigious Gulfstream G650ER operation based at Palm Beach International (PBI). This is a full-time opportunity for a culinary-minded service professional who understands that true luxury lies in anticipation, precision, and genuine care. If you view every flight as a blank canvas for creating memorable experiences and thrive in an environment where no two days are alike, we invite you to bring your expertise to one of private aviation's most respected names.

Your Role: Curator of the Inflight Experience

As the sole cabin professional on board, you are the heart of the guest journey. From the moment the aircraft door closes until arrival, you will ensure every detail reflects the highest standards of safety, comfort, and personalized attention. This goes far beyond standard service—it is about reading a room before entering it, preparing a meal that delights, and maintaining an environment of effortless calm. Working alongside a dedicated flight crew, you will manage all aspects of the cabin, from gourmet food presentation to meticulous safety checks, all while adapting seamlessly to the unique preferences of each guest.

A Closer Look at Your Responsibilities:

    • Deliver a polished, intuitive level of service that prioritizes guest safety and comfort above all else.
    • Lead with confidence during emergencies, administering first aid, CPR, and AED as needed, while reassuring passengers with a composed presence.
    • Conduct thorough preflight briefings and ensure the cabin is always secure and compliant with federal regulations.
    • Curate the onboard experience by stocking the aircraft with premium supplies, fulfilling special guest requests, and personally shopping for unique items when required.
    • Maintain impeccable cabin standards, inspecting and refreshing the galley, lavatories, and flight deck after every leg.
    • Handle all preflight, in-flight, and post-flight documentation with precision.
    • Operate advanced cabin management, audio, and video systems, ensuring seamless entertainment and comfort features.

What You Bring to the Team?

We are looking for a polished professional with a genuine passion for service and a long-term commitment to excellence. To thrive in this role, you will need:

    • A minimum of three years of experience as a corporate flight attendant in private aviation. Experience on large-cabin aircraft like the Gulfstream G650ER is highly valued.
    • Strong culinary skills and formal culinary training—this is not just a preference but an essential part of the role.
    • Completion of flight attendant-specific training through FlightSafety, FACTs, or a similar program within the last 12 months. Candidates without recent training may be considered if they meet other qualifications but must complete initial training prior to flight assignment.
    • A solid working knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations and current First Aid/CPR/AED certification.
    • Technological savvy and comfort operating various cabin systems, galley equipment, and mobile devices.
    • Flexibility, patience, and the ability to manage a constantly shifting schedule, including late-night flights and 2-3 hour standby response times.
    • Unrestricted worldwide travel capability, considering both health and visa requirements.
    • The physical capability to deploy for up to 16 consecutive days and perform essential duties, including lifting 25-30 pounds repeatedly, operating the main cabin door (up to 130 pounds of force), and maneuvering comfortably in tight spaces.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, a high level of attention to detail, and a natural ability to anticipate needs without being asked.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

    • A college degree.
    • Fluency in one or more foreign languages.

    Physical Requirements at a Glance

This role demands a level of physical readiness. Vision must be correctable to 20/20, hearing and speech clear and effective. You should be comfortable standing for up to 14 hours, kneeling to load luggage in confined compartments, and working long days in varied climates. Strength and stamina are essential for the unique demands of private aviation.
