Description
Solairus Aviation is searching for a dedicated and polished Flight Attendant to join our Palm Beach-based Gulfstream G650ER program. This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced professional who thrives in luxury service, has a keen eye for detail, and is passionate about creating a world-class travel experience.
About the Role
As a Flight Attendant with Solairus, you’ll be the face of the onboard experience—balancing hospitality with safety and professionalism. Every flight is unique, and you’ll be responsible for anticipating client needs, preparing exquisite culinary offerings, and ensuring the aircraft is always immaculate and ready for departure. This is a role that calls for flexibility, discretion, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
What You’ll Do?
- Deliver an exceptional standard of service while keeping passenger safety at the forefront
- Conduct thorough preflight preparations, ensuring the aircraft is stocked, clean, and equipped with requested items
- Create customized inflight dining experiences—shopping, planning, and preparing meals that meet client preferences
- Lead safety briefings and assist passengers in the event of turbulence, emergencies, or medical issues
- Operate cabin systems, galley equipment, and inflight entertainment with confidence
- Maintain accurate reports, logs, and post-flight paperwork
- Provide comfort and support throughout the journey, from assisting with seating and luggage to configuring cabin features for rest or productivity
What We’re Looking For?
- College degree and additional languages preferred, though not required
- Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, with recurrent safety training (FACTS, FlightSafety, or equivalent) within the past 12 months a plus
- Advanced culinary skills (formal training strongly preferred) and a true enthusiasm for food presentation
- First Aid, CPR, and AED certification
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a corporate flight attendant, ideally on large-cabin aircraft
- Ability to adapt to demanding schedules, short-notice assignments, and international travel of up to 16 consecutive days
- A confident, professional presence with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using iPads, smartphones, and digital reporting systems
Physical Demands:
This position requires stamina, mobility, and strength to manage long days, assist passengers, and handle onboard equipment. You should be prepared to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 lbs, and maneuver in the confined spaces of a large-cabin aircraft.
