Cabin Service Representative – Signature Crew
Planet 9 is seeking an experienced and polished Cabin Service Representative (CSR) to join our elite Signature Crew team. This is not a standard cabin crew role — it’s an opportunity to build long-term familiarity with a dedicated client, delivering seamless, world-class service every time they fly. Operating primarily under Part 135 with some Part 91 activity, this position is ideal for a seasoned corporate flight attendant who thrives on consistency, discretion, and anticipating client needs before they are spoken.
What This Role Is About?
As a CSR on the Signature Crew, you’ll partner closely with pilots, inflight services leadership, and fellow crew members to maintain a flawless travel experience. You’ll be responsible for planning and executing fine dining service, managing the cabin environment, and ensuring every detail — from catering to cabin readiness — is perfected. Beyond service, you’ll also support safety compliance, administrative tasks, and represent Planet 9’s premium standards on every journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional inflight service tailored to the client’s preferences, ensuring a consistent five-star experience
- Plan menus, source catering from premium restaurants and vendors, and handle safe food preparation and presentation onboard
- Stock the aircraft with supplies and requested items, managing inventories and coordinating with FBOs when needed
- Conduct detailed pre- and post-flight cabin checks, ensuring equipment and systems are fully operational
- Report and coordinate any cabin or galley maintenance needs with the PIC
- Maintain cabin cleanliness and organization, including linens, dishware, and bedding
- Provide full safety briefings, operate all emergency equipment, and remain trained for inflight medical and evacuation procedures
- Accurately reconcile expenses, submit flight reports, and manage company credit card transactions
- Stay current on company communications, training, and safety standards
- Flexibly adapt to a dynamic schedule, including international travel, late nights, and changing itineraries
What We’re Looking For?
- Experience: 3–5+ years of corporate flight attendant experience, ideally on large cabin aircraft under Part 91/135
- Training: Completion of formal corporate flight attendant safety training (FlightSafety, FACTS, or equivalent) with annual recurrent training required
- Certifications: CPR/First Aid certification; MedAire or advanced inflight medical training preferred
- Culinary: Culinary skills or fine dining training strongly valued
- Professionalism: A polished, professional presence with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Technology: Technologically savvy, with the ability to manage cabin management systems, galley equipment, and modern inflight technology
- Personal Qualities: Highly detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable to changing schedules and client expectations
- Requirements: Must hold a valid passport, driver’s license, and be fully COVID-19 vaccinated
Preferred Qualifications:
- College degree
- Previous experience supporting a dedicated account or high-profile clientele
- Strong project management skills and ability to train or mentor other cabin crew
Physical & Travel Requirements
This role demands both stamina and strength — the ability to stand for long periods, maneuver in tight spaces, lift up to 30 lbs repeatedly, and operate heavy aircraft doors. Expect extensive international travel, long-haul schedules, and the ability to perform in varied climates worldwide.
