We’re currently looking for a Passenger Services Agent to join our ground operations team at King Hussein International Airport. About the Role
As a Passenger Services Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for our travelers, ensuring their check-in, boarding, and baggage processes are handled smoothly and efficiently. Whether you’re assisting a Crown Class guest, supporting a passenger with special needs, or solving a baggage issue, your role is all about delivering service with professionalism and care.
What You’ll Do?
- Carry out passenger check-in and boarding procedures within set timeframes
- Prepare and monitor check-in counters, ensuring equipment is functional and security notices are displayed correctly
- Safeguard travel documents and passenger data in line with security and regulatory requirements
- Support passengers during embarkation, including those requiring special assistance
- Assist in handling delayed or disrupted flights with clear communication and professionalism
- Perform accurate flight-related announcements as needed
- Manage transfer check-in for passengers and baggage, ensuring smooth onward travel
- Record and resolve baggage claims for lost, delayed, or damaged luggage, following RJ’s procedures and agreements with partner airlines
- Keep baggage service counters stocked with necessary forms, tags, and vouchers
What We’re Looking For?
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Up to 3 years of experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English
- Proficiency in basic computer applications
- Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure
- A customer-first mindset with high awareness of safety and quality standards
