    As the face of SAS in the cabin, your primary focus is the safety and well-being of our passengers. You are their guide, their helper, and their calm assurance throughout the journey. Working seamlessly with your team, you'll create a welcoming and secure environment, deliver attentive service, and handle each flight's dynamic needs with grace and professionalism. This role is a unique blend of responsibility, hospitality, and adventure.


    What We Look For: Your Profile

    To join our team, there are a few essential foundations we require. You must:

    • Be at least 20 years of age.
    • Hold a completed high school education or equivalent.
    • Be fluent in English (Berlitz Level B2 or equivalent as a minimum).
    • Possess a minimum of 2 years of work experience; backgrounds in hospitality, sales, or service are viewed favorably.
    • Have a height between 160 cm and 190 cm (without shoes).
    • Have strong swimming skills.
    • Meet our uniform standards: no facial tattoos. Tattoos with offensive or religious motifs are not permitted, and any tattoos on hands or neck must not exceed 1.5 cm in size, limited to one.
    • Hold a valid EU passport for worldwide travel.
    • Be eligible to live and work permanently in Norway.

    The Essential Foundations: Security & Health

    Safety is our absolute priority, starting with our team. Employment is contingent upon:

    • Passing an extensive security background check and interview.
    • Obtaining a health certificate per EASA regulations, confirming good physical/mental health and vision (minimum +/- 0.7, corrected or uncorrected).
    • Successfully completing mandatory drug and alcohol testing prior to training.
    • Providing a clean police record and receiving approval from aviation authorities for airport security access.
