What the Role Involves?
As an Air Host/Hostess, you’ll be more than a smiling face in the cabin—you’ll be the heart of the passenger journey. From ensuring safety compliance to creating a warm, professional service experience, you’ll represent the values and traditions of Scandinavian hospitality while traveling to new destinations across our global network. Flexibility and teamwork are key, as you’ll adapt to varied schedules and work closely with colleagues to deliver seamless flights every time.
What We’re Looking For?
- Minimum 20 years of age
- Height between 160 cm and 190 cm (without shoes)
- Completed high school education (or equivalent)
- At least 2 years of professional work experience (hospitality, sales, or service experience is highly valued)
- Strong English language skills (minimum Berlitz level B2)
- Confident swimmer with good physical and mental health
- Eligible to live and work permanently in Norway
- Valid EU passport with unrestricted worldwide travel rights
- Able to meet grooming and uniform standards (visible tattoos and piercings must comply with SAS uniform policy)
Additional Requirements
To be employed, you’ll need to successfully pass a background check, security interview, medical certification (EASA regulations), and drug and alcohol testing. A clean criminal record is mandatory as our operations are based within secure airport areas.
