About the Role
As Cabin Crew based in Marrakesh, you’ll be part of a team that represents the easyJet spirit across Europe and beyond. You’ll make sure our customers feel safe, comfortable, and cared for from boarding to touchdown — handling safety procedures with confidence while delivering service that’s friendly, approachable, and unmistakably “orange.”
Whether you’re greeting passengers, leading safety briefings, or keeping calm under pressure, your focus will always be on people. You’ll learn to make quick decisions, support your colleagues, and keep every flight running smoothly and safely.

What We’re Looking For?
We’re not focused on your flight experience — we’re looking for your attitude. If you have a genuine love for people and great communication skills, you’ll fit right in.
You’re a great match if you:
- Have at least 6 months of experience in a customer-facing or service role
- Communicate clearly, confidently, and with warmth
- Stay calm under pressure and always think about safety first
- Enjoy teamwork and can adapt easily to different situations
- Bring empathy and initiative to every interaction — making passengers feel truly valued
You’ll Also Need To:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Be between 157.5 cm (5’2”) and 190 cm (6’3”) tall without shoes
- Speak and write fluently in English and French
- Hold a valid Moroccan passport with unrestricted travel across the UK, EEA, and easyJet’s network
- Live within 90 minutes of Marrakesh Airport
- Have no visible tattoos on the head, face, or neck
- Be comfortable selling from our CAFE.SHOP range, including alcoholic beverages
- Be able to swim 25 metres unaided, tread water, and climb into a life raft
- Obtain your EASA Cabin Crew Medical
- Fit comfortably and securely into a crew jump seat with the required harness
