About the Role
As a Cabin Crew Member with Sundair, you’ll be the face of our airline — welcoming passengers with a smile, ensuring their safety, and creating a pleasant travel experience from takeoff to touchdown. We’re looking for people who love working with others, stay calm under pressure, and bring a natural sense of hospitality to everything they do.
What We’re Looking For?
We welcome both career changers and experienced cabin crew who share our passion for outstanding service and teamwork. To join our team, you should have:
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Excellent command of both German and English
- A friendly, well-groomed appearance and a naturally warm presence
- Flexibility, teamwork skills, and a proactive mindset
- Strong communication skills and intercultural awareness
- Good swimming ability and vision between +/- 5 diopters
- A valid EU passport (minimum 6 months validity); non-EU applicants must hold permanent residence and work authorization
- Reliable internet access, personal email, and phone availability
- Residence within 50 km or one hour of Berlin Brandenburg Airport
- Ideally, a valid EASA Cabin Crew Attestation, medical certificate, and background check (though these can also be obtained during training)

- Competitive base salary (covering 65 block hours) plus hourly pay for additional hours (€40/hour after 65 block hours, €55/hour after 80 block hours)
- Per diem during flight duties and commission on onboard sales

- Uniform provided, plus a monthly cleaning allowance
