Your Role: A Leader in the Cabin
As our Senior Cabin Crew Member, you will be much more than a senior presence on board. You will be a leader, a mentor, and the standard-bearer for safety and service excellence. Your experience will be crucial in guiding the cabin team, ensuring seamless operations, and creating the warm, professional atmosphere that defines the Sundair experience. You'll play a central role in delighting our guests while upholding the highest standards of safety and compliance.
To Excel in This Leadership Position, You Bring:
- A minimum age of 21 years.
- Excellent command of both German and English, enabling clear communication with guests and crew.
- Residence within a commutable distance (approx. 50 km / 1 hour) from Berlin-Brandenburg Airport (BER).
- A valid, unrestricted EU passport with at least 6 months' validity (non-EU citizens must possess a permanent residence and work permit for Germany).
- A valid EASA Cabin Crew Attestation (ORO.CC.120) and a completed SCCM training certificate (ORO.CC.200).
- Proven professional experience working as a Senior Cabin Crew Member.
- A current medical fitness certificate (Class 2) and a negative drug screening result.
- A strong service mentality, outstanding communication skills, and the flexibility to thrive in our dynamic industry.
- An open, friendly personality paired with a consistently well-groomed, professional appearance.
- Strong intercultural competence, essential for connecting with our diverse guests and crew.
- The practical necessities: reliable internet access, a personal email, and telephone availability.

- Performance Incentives: Earn significantly for your time in the air with progressive flight hour compensation:
- EUR 40.00 per block hour from the 65th hour.
- EUR 55.00 per block hour from the 80th hour.
