Take Your Gap Year to New Heights
Are you ready for an adventure that combines travel, teamwork, and unforgettable experiences? Jettime is calling on energetic, service-minded individuals to take their gap year to the skies! If you love meeting new people, thrive in dynamic environments, and want to explore Europe while building real-life skills, this could be your dream opportunity.
About the Opportunity
We’re inviting motivated young talents to join our Jettime Cabin Crew Training Program – a gateway into one of the most exciting careers in the world. This isn’t your typical job; it’s a lifestyle and a community where every day brings something new.
You’ll begin with a free 4-week training course at our headquarters in Kastrup, where you’ll learn the essentials of aviation safety, inflight service, teamwork, and first aid. Once you’ve completed the program, you’ll receive a bonus equivalent to one month’s salary – and then you’re ready to take off as part of our cabin crew team!
Your Schedule, Your Choice
Once certified, you’ll work full-time from May through September, our busy travel season. After that, you can take time off to study, travel, or simply enjoy life before returning the following year.
If you’d like to stay connected, there’s also an option for a freelance contract from October to April, where you can pick up flights as available. Many of our seasonal crew members choose to return year after year – it’s a flexible setup that fits around your lifestyle.
What You’ll Be Doing?
As Cabin Crew with Jettime, your mission is to make sure every guest enjoys a safe and memorable journey. You’ll be the friendly face of the airline, working onboard flights for travel partners such as TUI, Apollo, Bravo Tours, Club La Santa, Finnair, Air Greenland, and SAS.
Each day brings something different – new routes, new passengers, and sometimes overnight stays in Southern Europe or at bases across the Nordics.
- A fun, social, and supportive work environment
- Competitive salary, pension, and health insurance
- Travel benefits and staff flight discounts
- The chance to gain international experience and life-long friendships
What You’ll Learn?
Working as Cabin Crew isn’t just a job – it’s hands-on training for life. You’ll develop skills that are valuable in any career, including:
- Professional communication and customer service
- Teamwork and problem-solving under pressure
- Crisis management and safety awareness
- Cross-cultural understanding
- Confidence, adaptability, and independence
Let’s Be Real – It’s Not Always Easy!
Yes, you’ll serve coffee with a smile, but you’ll also be dealing with long days, busy airports, and lots of walking (your feet will definitely feel it!). It’s a physically demanding role that requires energy, patience, and teamwork – but it’s also deeply rewarding. You’ll be part of a crew that supports one another and finds joy in even the busiest moments.
Important Details:
