About the Role
As the Image and Style Officer, you’ll play a key part in maintaining and elevating the airline’s grooming and uniform standards. You’ll train and guide our Cabin Crew and Cabin Services staff, helping them perfect their appearance in line with Qatar Airways’ grooming policies and brand identity. Your day will involve conducting visual checks, organizing grooming sessions, and providing constructive feedback that supports confidence and consistency across our team.
You’ll also collaborate closely with department leaders to keep our style standards up to date—ensuring that every uniform, accessory, and grooming detail aligns with our reputation for excellence.
What You’ll Be Doing?
- Conducting regular grooming and uniform inspections for Cabin Crew and Cabin Services teams
- Delivering workshops and one-on-one sessions on make-up, skincare, and professional presentation
- Ensuring compliance with Qatar Airways’ Grooming and Uniform policies
- Offering guidance and corrective feedback in a supportive and motivating way
- Assisting with uniform fittings and recommending updates when required
- Keeping up to date with the latest trends in beauty, skincare, and corporate styling
- Coordinating with internal departments to maintain consistency in company image
About You
You’re someone who understands that appearance reflects professionalism—and you know how to bring out the best in others. You combine a strong eye for detail with excellent communication and coaching skills.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- A Bachelor’s Degree and at least 3 years of experience in a related role or a High School/Vocational Diploma with 4 years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication in English, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Professional certification in Make-up Application, Beauty Therapy, or Skincare
- A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Cabin Crew member or Make-up Specialist, with hands-on expertise in beauty, grooming, and well-being
- Strong interpersonal and coaching skills, with the ability to deliver feedback diplomatically
- The ability to work flexible hours, including shifts, weekends, and nights
