You will be the central authority for all image, style, and uniform standards within Cabin Services. This goes beyond policy—it's about cultivating a culture of pride and precision. You will translate our brand promise into tangible guidelines and inspiring coaching that empowers our team to look and feel their best, anywhere in the world.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Developing, implementing, and evolving the global image and style strategy for Cabin Crew and Cabin Services staff.
- Leading the creation and continuous improvement of all related policies, procedures, and training programs to maintain industry-leading standards.
- Directing the management of our image and style manuals, ensuring they are comprehensive, contemporary, and accessible.
- Personally conducting and overseeing image compliance checks, providing constructive feedback and coaching to uphold our rigorous standards.
- Serving as the key liaison with uniform designers and service providers, advocating for quality, fit, functionality, and global availability for our crew.
- Designing and delivering engaging presentations, workshops, and refresher courses on makeup, skincare, deportment, and holistic well-being.
- Acting as a brand ambassador, lending your expertise to marketing initiatives and special projects.
- Strategically managing the department's budget and contributing to long-term planning for the Cabin Services division.

- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with a proven talent for facilitating engaging, hands-on training sessions.
- Expert-level, up-to-date knowledge in skincare, cosmetic application, and the pillars of physical well-being.
- Superior command of written and spoken English.
- High proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Demonstrated ability to serve as the definitive image consultant and role model for frontline personnel.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the confidence to make informed, independent decisions.
